It's a very cozy place. The coffee is delicious, the pastries and the breakfasts are excellent. Although the choice is small. The staff is caring, the service is fast. But I recommend coming here early, because the food is quickly sorted.

Cafe Varka was a good place with delicious coffee, both to take away and inside, desserts and croissants in the first time after opening, the staff was polite, and the waiting time for orders was lightning fast. What happened?...Why is there often no half of the positions, the expression on the faces during the service makes it clear that you obviously came in at the wrong time, and instead of ordering, employees sitting on the phone...And as a result, a spoiled mood and dissatisfaction with the money spent.

We visited Vitebsk and, I must say, this is the most pleasant institution in the city today. There were 2 girls at the checkout, very pleasant, left a positive impression, tried their best. Excellent Brazilian coffee - I took Americano, sea buckthorn tea - top and pancakes with salmon salad - healthy, low-fat. Good luck to your cafe! Respect to the owner. Worthy.

As there was a haughty unhurried service, so it remains. To this was added conversations between the staff about their personal lives with their girlfriends at the counter instead of preparing a paid order. Three coffees arrived, and all three were cold, how come?) There wasn't even foam on the Americano, as if it had been standing for 5 minutes. The tables are dirty, they wiped themselves with a single napkin from a nearby unmade table. I think it would be worthwhile for managers to arrange purchases by a secret buyer, they would learn a lot about their service.

The toilet does not close (!!!), the lock simply cannot be repaired for more than a week, although the work is there for 5 minutes. But now, everything depends on the shift, every morning when I go to work I go in and get coffee, and for the fourth time I get to a young man in the morning, the coffee shop is open from 8 a.m., which suggests that at 8 a.m. you can go in and take coffee with you or stay to drink there, but coming to the coffee shop in 8:05, the young man tells you the car has not caught fire yet, please wait 15 minutes..... The question is, what is the difficulty of coming earlier and getting the car ready by 8 a.m.? However, when 2 girls are working, you will never find this, the coffee machine is always ready by 8 am!!! And now it's 8:20 and the coffee machine is still warming up! Everywhere there are soft and comfortable chairs, wide windows to the floor. In the toilet there is a roller for cleaning clothes, hand cream, a clean mirror. Ordinary plumbing.
You can sit down for a long time alone or in company. There is no loud music.
Perhaps the best cafe in the city for "going out to work".
The strong guys behind the bar are friendly and attentive to visitors. Coffee is unfolded when serving a drawing to a guest, like in the photo.
The interior has a lot of light where it is needed, and there is no excess of light in the eyes. The paintings on the walls are good. Although, the paintings are all similar. Variety in the plots would be better.. much better! What else.. so that's a lot of green... It's too much green for me, I would prefer other colors in such quantity. Lots of green...
In the cafe, you can find a division into zones, which means that the designer worked, whose hands were in place. Thus, you can sit in the part of the cafe where it is lighter or where it is darker.
It seems that he also conceived a photo zone, at least the wide strips of lamps on one of the walls suggest good portrait photos and videos right at a party with friends.
Hang up the sign "point for Instagram" and people will come just to take pictures in the interior.
The tables are tight, but there seems to be no crowding.
What can I say, it turned out better on the fourth attempt.
