Yesterday I went to your coffee shop for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. A small but very cozy space with a nice interior. It's great that there is a summer terrace) I also liked the service. I loved this place very much, and the coffee is very tasty. But lately, when I've been here, the same girl has been working, with a perpetually unhappy face. Immediately the mood goes to zero. It is from her that the service is disgusting. You ask adequate questions, she answers them with such contempt and disrespect that you just want to leave. He doesn't hear what the guest is saying.
I asked for coffee with alternative milk, they made it for me with regular milk. Okay, but if a person has severe lactose intolerance, what then?!Personally, I don't understand why you should go to work in the service industry and catering if you don't know how to work with people at all. The most unpleasant barista. I thought it was just my opinion, but after telling others about it, they all agreed.

I often visit Uruchye and go into cooking. I take raf with honey at the price of raf (8.5). Yesterday, the girl counted 11.5 for me. I refused to drink coffee in the middle segment for such a price. Not so long ago I was in a hurry to the airport and stopped here, I so wanted to take my favorite raf, ALAS, there was no cream. I had to run to find another coffee shop. We arrived at 20.40. A young man (barista) He said there was no milk, ice for 1 serving. We walked around and returned 10 minutes later. Nothing has changed. There were no people on the first visit and on the second. I called the number in Yandex.maps. They said: there is milk. I explained the situation and said: let's clarify now. They came in and told us again: there is no milk. After he said that he called the number, they said: then I'll go get the milk, wait 10 minutes. We Waited 15-18 minutes. As a result, we received drinks, but there was no interest in work. We understand that it may not be the barista's fault, but there was no interest in us as customers. Thank you for at least giving some milk (giving the cat a drink)
But in the end, they closed the coffee shop in 15 minutes (I took a picture later, but you'll see on camera) with some people inside. We also wanted to take a seasonal match (peach / strawberry), but since it is closed, we sat almost until closing and left
