A terrible ultrasound experience. Rooms for every 10 minutes, I had a ticket for 9:00. At this time, I see that the nurse is going to the toilet, I waited until she came and at 9:03 I looked in to ask when I could come in. The ultrasound specialist drinks coffee, says wait. People with a 9:10 ticket are already waiting in the corridor. They were called to the office at 9:04 (almost half of the reception was over), the ultrasound technician was rude and did not give any explanations during the examination, which lasted 2 minutes. I am very disappointed with such service in a decent-looking clinic.
After the ultrasound, they do not give any pictures, the transcript is sent only in Armenian.
I did a CT scan of the chest organs. On the trail.the day the conclusion came, where I did not find a description of the heart. I called the clinic, and then the doctor contacted me. By the way, the doctor's name is Karine Manukyan. When asked why there was no description of the heart in the conclusion, she received an answer, which means everything was fine, therefore there is no description. I've never heard a more ridiculous answer, to be honest. To the question, why did they describe the lungs in this case, if everything is fine with them too? I did not receive a response.. Actually, as well as the question why some chest organs are described and some are not. At the same time, the doctor constantly talked about her own, from the series – if you want to check the heart, do a CT scan of the heart or an Echo of the KG. At the same time, I clarified that this is not the first time I have done a CT scan of the chest organs, but this is the first time I have received such a conclusion. Then there was another ridiculous suggestion to go to different doctors and show this conclusion and listen to their opinion. Why do I need the opinion of other doctors if I know that the conclusion is incomplete?
All that could be suggested is to supplement the conclusion with the missing information. The doctor, for some unknown reason, violated the medical protocol, without even realizing it and without offering to fix the situation, and the patient's health suffers, who paid a lot of money for the service.
In general, everything is OK! I'm happy, but every time we face a parking problem. There's nowhere to park at all! It was possible to make at least one floor parking, paid Parking.
One of those small clinics that became medical centers "thanks" to covid. The price tags bite. Queuing and the service as a whole is well organized. There are good specialists (sonography, gastro..) but you need to sharpen, check, and get recommendations.

I came to remove a wart on my heel, there was no nitrogen in the clinic on the day of the consultation. The laser was prescribed in 4 days. I arrived in advance, as needed (office 57 at 16:00, September 28).
I waited 20 minutes for my turn, did not wait (even if the doctor came out and warned me that I had to wait), took the money (5000 AMD for the laser) and left.
I gave 10,000 for nothing. I won't come to the clinic anymore! Although she used to come often.

1) Ophthalmology. My husband has an unusual disease, they said about it right away, passed all sorts of examinations, so that as a result they told us to "Drink vitamins". No dosage, no normal explanations. Minus 200k in total
1) Ophthalmology x2. This time the mother-in-law went. They wrote out an UNREADABLE prescription. They asked me to send to the post office what the doctor wrote down. It didn't get any clearer. As a result, the optics did the same thing to understand what kind of damn glasses to take!
2) Gynecology. I did a lot of tests so that they would not make a diagnosis, but it was unclear what. Spoiler alert: Nothing helped.
3) Calling a doctor at home. My husband has angina, it's understandable. The tests are done. It is unclear why, they did not say anything new. Take strepsils - great.
4) Tests and ivs. The only thing there were no questions about. The nurses are great!
5) The price - quality does not match absolutely! I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. On the plus side, someone speaks Russian.
There was one time, at the time of Covid, when it was necessary to take a test, by the way, the result of this clinic, despite the fact that it was negative, was not confirmed, because a couple of days after arriving in Moscow after the next test, my disease was confirmed!

After a visit to the doctor, the story repeats itself, you need to sit and wait again to make an appointment for tests.
You arrive early and wait in line for two hours - the electronic queue does not work. Doctors just lock themselves in the office or leave and the whole crowd waits, then people are recruited who are scheduled later, arguments about who should come in, etc.
The staff is not aware of the crash, someone says that you should call to clarify your documents in another treatment. Was it transferred from the institution or not? I call to clarify, the employee does not appear for a minute, where I called and who is answering, I am silent until they appear. Then, when I ask if my documents have been moved, he replies that a letter is due, and it takes another minute before he understands and provides the information.
I had a good opinion, but so far my opinion has changed because of the quality of service.

I would change my insurance from this hospital to another one. Some doctors also take it very superficially. I liked the ultrasound technician Eugene very much, I was there several times.
