The first thing that terrifies is the food! Hungry with a baby for 12 days! She got out of the situation only by ordering pizzas (on the same territory in their own bar)...For a child for dinner + for breakfast. Well, it's impossible to eat this porridge every single day + the same sausage for 1 thin piece per 1 person))) Have you tried pancakes, pancakes to cook? It's not expensive (flour, water...kefir).. Why not make an omelet? Semolina porridge, even children don't eat, what can I say about men? Chefs do not know how to cook at all)))
Stock up on food before the trip, those that can be eaten without heating...I had to go to the kitchen for boiling water, warm the milk brought to the child - again ask the cooks. Why not provide the guests with an electric kettle at least??? I'm not talking about the microwave oven anymore.. I did not expect that for a lot of money I would not get even the minimum service! The girl who changed towels and cleaned at the request, walks around all the time with such a look on her face that it's scary to approach..Have you ever even heard about how to recruit staff for customer service? Well, is it at least sometimes possible to squeeze out at least a semblance of a smile?
We ordered kebabs for the evening...Never take it!!! from mutton - some veins, they left everything, it's impossible to chew! I talked to a married couple, young guys - they said the same thing! The duck is normal.
Of the positive, only the beautiful green area, the diversity of local fauna.
And also, good fish, fried perch with mashed potatoes - that's all that was delicious for me personally! I added a video from the hotel, where the price per night is 2 times less than in Varadero...compare

After 23 they do not release you, you sit in prison for a lot of money (36 thousand tenge per day). Why should anyone even ask to open/close doors all the time, there was not enough money for keys for guests?
Nutrition is a separate topic, pigs are fed better. You will find a variety of disgusting porridges for breakfast, a piece of the same fatty sausage. There is no cottage cheese, eggs are rare guests, don't even dream about pancakes / cheesecakes, because it's so expensive to cook. There is almost no meat at all in soups or in any form. The signature dish "bread meatball" 😂 Forget about delicious food, even compote is too much for them.
People come to rest, and not to eat like in a Soviet hospital and be imprisoned.
The faces of the staff are always unhappy. To the question of what kind of porridge / what kind of soup, etc., the answer is "I don't know" (Hello Blonde)
The word "service" is not familiar to the staff
