A wonderful coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere that you want to come back to again and again. The interior is cozy and pleasant, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation or work.
The coffee here is simply excellent — aromatic, rich, with a perfectly balanced taste. It is clear that the baristas really love their business and prepare drinks with a soul.
Desserts are a separate delight! Everything is fresh, tender and very tasty. I especially recommend denish with currants and pigtails.
The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. In general, this is a place where you want to come not only for delicious coffee, but also for the atmosphere of comfort and warmth. Thanks to the team for such a pleasant location in the city! I will definitely be back!

I had breakfast at this place regularly during my trip to Almaty. Everything was very healthy and delicious. There were always tables available, the service was friendly and fast, but it was not very convenient that there was only one toilet with a sink for the entire establishment - another sink would not hurt.

Vanilla on Kurmangazy is undoubtedly one of the most delicious and cozy coffee shops in Almaty. The guys at work are very cool and pleasant. Always warmly welcomed! For the first time on the web, I didn't like the coffee. We constantly go to vanilla on Kunaev Street, where there were never any questions about coffee.
Along with breakfast, they brought a burnt filter, which was so bitter that it was difficult to drink it. Ordering a new coffee separately, to my feedback that the filter was burned out, the girl's response at the checkout was "unfortunately, I can't tell you."
I would also like to note that the choice of coffee was meager compared to the variety on Kunaev: one type under the filter and one under the funnel.
I want to believe that you will work on improving the customer experience. With this kind of staff work with feedback, it's easier to drink coffee at home)
