We did the hairstyles and makeup, the masters consulted and selected the image options, the work was done very carefully, the masters took into account our wishes.
I want to note that the hairstyles were kept all day long!!! Everything was perfect! (I have complex hair and usually have enough curls for 5 hours)

I got a lot of pleasure from visiting the Vanilla hairdressing salon. I was very lucky to get to the young but highly professional Nadezhda. I have a difficult problem, she calmly, confidently and easily, as it seemed to me, solved everything, but I "fanned myself" and forgot about everything! I was provided with a full and in-depth consultation except for the service itself. I can't believe it now. If possible, I will visit this master in this salon. Thank God I met my artist.

Since September, I have been using the services of a hairdresser. Master Olga. The master is gorgeous. She always left in a great mood. But last time I couldn't get into Vanilla. For a very unclear reason. On February 21, I called Vanilla and made an appointment for 03.03 at 12.00 for complex coloring. For some reason, I couldn't find an understanding with the administrator about paying for services and decided to go in myself. On February 25, I went to the barbershop and the receptionist told me that my appointment had been canceled because Olga would have a day off. She asked when it would be convenient for me to sign up.I suggested it for 11.03. Thank you for not having it for the month of May. On March 3, I called the hairdresser.It turned out that Olga was working.And the hairdresser's receptionist, Vanilla, is trying her best to make a fool of me, trying to convince me that no one recorded me. Hence the conclusion: someone turned out to be more important than me, which happens.Apparently the barbershop already has a lot of customers. Some of them need to be eliminated.I'm in that number. It's unpleasant, but it's bearable.

In October, I dyed my hair at this salon.
Almost 300p on a square marked "complex coloring", but in fact it was highlighting, and not along the entire length, but basal.
Where do these prices come from?
And the price is fine when there is a result. In fact, they even ruined my hair so that not a single balm and mask could save me from hair tangles, although this had never happened before.
A separate point with a bonus in the form of "spa hand care" - the administrator gave me a scrub on my hands and said "rub it.")
I understand that the service is free, but some kind of customer service must be present.
I can also wash my own hair, if anything, so next time the master may not waste his time on it.
Although there won't be a next time.

I signed up. She clarified the record again. I came from another city. But they could not provide a service. They say the administrator got it wrong. The management did not solve the problem in any way. Not a single master has arrived. And it turns out that the client was able to spend his time and money, come from another city, to probably hear the answer in 10 minutes: "We're not doing you a favor." I've never seen such a mess anywhere else. There is more pathos and advertising than a real solution to the problem of leadership in the current situation. I do not recommend coming here for services, because if something goes wrong, the management will not solve your problem.
