I had a vacation in February 2020, one person. I chose the hotel according to several parameters: to be in the central zone (where you can walk in the evening), without food (I traveled a lot), affordable (because one person is always more expensive) and according to reviews I saw that tourists from China do not settle in this hotel in principle (there is no food), hotel reviews there were good ones. All this decided my choice. By the way, during this period there were no tourists from China in Nha Trang at all due to the coronavirus. Overall, the hotel met all expectations. Calm, quite clean, cleaning every day, friendly staff, you live like at home. Upon check-in, the passport remains at the reception, the safe at the reception (they pack your documents and give you a receipt). You can buy water in the lobby, because when you check in, there is no free water in the room (only in the minibar), then 2 bottles are put every day. The room has a kettle, mugs, tea and coffee, hairdryer, air conditioning, good TV. Almost all rooms face the sea and there is no sun after lunch, a pleasant breeze from the sea air conditioning was used extremely rarely. There are no balconies in the rooms! So I had to dry everything in the bathroom, but the window in the bathroom helped. There was no dampness in the room. I lived for 2 weeks, the linen was changed after 9 days. Upon check-in, the bed was covered with blankets, without a sheet, without a blanket. At my request, they brought a duvet cover, which, by the way, was not changed. There were no other rooms either . This question remained unclear, it felt like they had brought the master's duvet cover (they live on the 6th floor of the hotel, in total, along with the hall, 8 floors). You can go up to the top floor, there is a terrace with a view of the Lotus and the sea, a pleasant wind. Of course, I understood that I was going to Vietnam and to a 2-star hotel, but I left 50,000 tips every day and was satisfied with everything, then not the best cleaning. I was only outraged when, during the next cleaning, books and things were stacked on the crown of the hat sink, that's because! But then I was in a 5-star hotel and my friends showed me how terrible their cleaning is, sand on the carpets!!!!! I waved my hand. I have traveled a lot, been to Saigon, Da Nang, Dalat and many other excursions, so the choice of the hotel met all expectations. The sea is 100 meters, the second line, all shops are nearby, the night market of things, fruits are sold on them every meter, Sapphire (a store where they change money and buy the best dietary supplements, vitamins, Ointments and creams)- nearby. You can always eat delicious food right to the right of the hotel (!!!) And 50 meters to the right. Such delicious food with love. There are no problems with the language, almost everyone either understands and speaks it themselves, or our Russians work. About the hotel-in general, except for some kind of not very clean, everything else is a nice economical hotel (like at home) for travelers (by the way, there are many who rent bikes and travel). In Vietnam, for the first time and forever, I fell in love with this extraordinary country, with sweet, friendly people. I will definitely come back!!!
A pleasant inexpensive hotel. The room is bright, neat, and in good condition. There is air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, wifi, etc. Towels are changed and minimal cleaning is done daily; bed linen, however, has never been changed. There is a self-service area on the ground floor where you can make yourself free tea, coffee or even roast something. There is a laundry service. The staff is friendly, however, not everyone speaks English :) In general, we had no problems, it was always a pleasure to return. In the budget segment, it is a very good hotel.
A small, cozy hotel, conveniently located, 10 minutes to the sea with a quiet walk, a lot of cafes and shops nearby, as well as a night market in the immediate vicinity, the staff is very responsive and friendly))
