They sent a crumpled bouquet. Despite the fact that they were persuaded to pack from florists for 6p. When I asked how it would look, they answered "beautiful." Here you are, a very nice crumpled pink paper. The courier wanted to give away the trash along with the bouquet so that she could throw it away in her apartment. My entire review about the crumpled flowers and the courier was answered only that it was a paper that was wrinkled for volume. That is, these are my problems))
But I didn't ask for any crumpled paper for the volume. In short, for $35 I got a lot of negative emotions and a crumpled bouquet of flowers. With yellow leaves and a green flower bonus)))
Customer orientation is zero, teach your managers how to handle customer complaints.
Order somewhere else, absolutely.

On Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Lazo-Frunze area, I bypassed 4 (!!!!!!) It was only in the fifth (this one) that I saw a normal selection of flowers, modern packaging and a florist who was interested in making it beautiful. (Name is Nelly, I recommend it)

1) when ordering, there was no toper available - they changed it
2) I ordered on time - we were an hour late. They took me to work, and I had to pay for the delivery again.

Hello, the flowers presented on the 14th, 25 roses, 170 rubles, turned into this in a couple of days, so quickly I have never seen ROSES wilt.
Sorting through the flowers on the first day out of 25, I already noticed a couple of tired buds, pruned them, they seemed to come to life, they stood for a day and on the 3rd day they all went down.
What kind of condition were the flowers supposed to be in?
I'm just shocked, 170 rubles have never gone so fast before. I will not just recommend your company to anyone, I will try to warn as many people as possible what colors you sell for such money.

In the comments to the order, he indicated that I was abroad and it would not work to contact me by phone, and he wrote to them in WhatsApp at the number indicated on the website. As a result, no one answered me in the application, and I did not receive an order confirmation via SMS either
He wrote on Instagram the next day and received this response: "The fact is that according to our florist, these flowers do not match each other. He can offer you a new rose variety of 61 pieces."
I made the initial bouquet from different types of chrysanthemums, peonies, roses, also added eucalyptus, etc.
Due to my inattention, I agreed - I read briefly about roses and thought that they would replace some flowers that, in their opinion, did not match with the proposed roses.
How could I make a bouquet of red template roses from the mix that I made? That's what I call a professional florist.
And what difference does it make to a florist whether they are combined or not. I think they just didn't have the right flowers available and decided to steal these roses.

Terrible attitude towards customers.
I ordered a bouquet for my mother for the first time. It was delivered not at 7 pm, but at lunch. But at least they called and warned the recipient.
The order for Grandma was supposed to be delivered today. But force majeure happened: grandma went for a walk in the woods. So they didn't call me or the recipient before delivery. How is this even possible. Everything happens in life.
It is necessary to make a job description so that before each departure they call the customer back and clarify if nothing has changed. As all normal deliveries do.
I'm upset, Grandma's confused. And the courier gave the bouquet to a neighbor. Is this even normal?
I even offered the manager to pay for the re-delivery. But no.
Horror, they would have left a bouquet under the door. I wouldn't be surprised.
They ruined the party.
