They sent a crumpled bouquet. Despite the fact that they were persuaded to pack from florists for 6p. When I asked how it would look, they answered "beautiful." Here you are, a very nice crumpled pink paper. The courier wanted to give away the trash along with the bouquet so that she could throw it away in her apartment. My entire review about the crumpled flowers and the courier was answered only that it was a paper that was wrinkled for volume. That is, these are my problems)) But I didn't ask for any crumpled paper for the volume. In short, for $35 I got a lot of negative emotions and a crumpled bouquet of flowers. With yellow leaves and a green flower bonus))) Customer orientation is zero, teach your managers how to handle customer complaints. Order somewhere else, absolutely.

On Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Lazo-Frunze area, I bypassed 4 (!!!!!!) It was only in the fifth (this one) that I saw a normal selection of flowers, modern packaging and a florist who was interested in making it beautiful. (Name is Nelly, I recommend it) I'm attaching a photo of the bouquet.
