This is the worst store I've ever seen. We ordered a kitchen at the store. We waited 1.5 months for it to be manufactured. They did it, brought it, started installing it, and there turned out to be one locker of the wrong size. I had to wait another 3 weeks to make another one, our size. A locker of the wrong size arrived again. And again, we wait 2 weeks until our locker is brought back. It is still unknown whether this time they will bring the right size. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The worst store.

The service quality is disgusting. Natalia's manager is either completely incompetent or uninterested in her work. During the renovation of the apartment, I talked to different people, but then I quickly realized that I didn't want to play her games. Although I am a patient person. She constantly came up with ridiculous reasons why the order was being disrupted (either the furniture was lost in the warehouse (she didn't even know that her colleague had turned it in before our conversation, saying that Natalia had actually filled out the application incorrectly - she forgot to write down one of the items, which is available in several versions; she said that here everything is being uploaded right now, and then it turned out that they hadn't uploaded it), I couldn't write down the data correctly (I couldn't get my last name right and the phone didn't register correctly the first time), I promised to call and forgot about us all the time. And she never apologized for anything. Fortunately, at least the receptionist was very polite and apologized. Maybe it's not the store, but the seller, I do not know. Although my colleague was also delayed for 1.5 weeks, but it was handled by another girl manager and there were no other problems... We bought the furniture from another store on the same day that the contract with this store was terminated.
