Honestly, we were horrified by the negative reviews, maybe I was just lucky, maybe there is another explanation.
I bought a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day in the fall, accidentally looked in, chose, bought. The prices turned out to be more affordable than in other stores in the area, and the assortment was better. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I bought bush roses, the florist girl kindly clarified and took into account all the wishes, collected them beautifully. Mom had roses for about 2 weeks, considering that the rest of the flowers presented that day wilted after a few days, and she doesn't particularly like to take care of them. Personally, I never order delivery - I have not seen a single office in the city that would deliver a bouquet on time (they ruined a lot of different holidays for me there). But personally: I went in, bought, picked it up - I recommend it. The girls are friendly, unobtrusive (very important to me), with good taste.

Incorrect is the worst delivery in the city. We ordered twice, the first time could still be attributed to failure, the second time the delivery completely ruined the mood.
The bouquets don't look neat and cheap compared to the examples on the website. It's not clear what came the second time. It is signed on the website as an "elite piano-shaped bush rose" for 11 rubles per branch. In fact, the branches arrived with crumpled tiny buds, not the first freshness, cut off by branches (apparently with already withered buds), and 2 buds per branch. It's one thing when it's one branch, but not all. A maximum of three buds. They took it away because they didn't want to spoil the holiday, but we won't return to this delivery anymore and we don't recommend it to anyone.

I agree with many who have left negative feedback. I will never, ever, and never again order from this "office", there is no other way to call it. I can't reach you. The manager made a mistake with the time, the person has a holiday and he couldn't leave the house for half a day because he was waiting for delivery, which turns out to be at another time! A broom arrived. If I had been at the moment of receiving the bouquet, I would have turned it back! You give away that kind of money, and you get "something" in a wrapper. One branch of the composition was missing! I ordered with the registration of a florist, as a result, they only have the word florist. I don't give a damn, as I understood from the comments that this has been the case for a long time and no one is trying to improve the service. They just don't care.

The work of a 5+ florist was beautifully designed and advised on how best to arrange a bouquet, the freshness/ quality of some flowers is simply terrifying, 3 is a stretch. Perhaps my special taste fell on the most unpopular flowers. I hope to have better luck next time.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, then that's exactly what I would do.I do not recommend contacting this store.It is not possible to leave a complaint, no one answers the phone.I ordered an anniversary bouquet of beautiful peony-shaped roses, and in the end they sent me a photo of the bouquet, which was made up of wilted roses stuffed into a garbage bag. As a result, a ruined holiday, a mood for my own money.

You can't put zero stars, but it's a pity. I looked through many websites to order flower delivery to a birthday girl from another country. I've Chosen A Bouquet For You. And what I got in the end: 1 photo - screenshot from the website of how the bouquet should look; 2 photo - screenshot of the video from the moment of delivery (I already had a shock); 3 photo - photo when the bouquet was "fluffed up" to at least slightly correct this horror. When I asked the question - "What kind of bouquet is this and why does it not match?" I was offered: 1. Return the bouquet and I will get my money back (how do you imagine it? I'll call the birthday girl and tell her to take the bouquet to the store, I'll get my money back. Are you out of your mind?!) or 10% discount on the next order (next? Never again after that!!!). I do not recommend it! If you want to spoil the impression, this is a Bouquet for you. If you want to feel the shame of a bouquet, this is a Bouquet for you. If you want to be ignored, this is a Bouquet for you. A week has passed since the bouquet was presented - I thought I would cool down a little from indignation. But no, as it boiled, so it boils. Don't spoil your holiday. Choose others!

On February 14th, I received a gorgeous bouquet of chrysanthemums for delivery. I always take good care of flowers (flushing, clean water, no drafts) on February 16, the bouquet wilted! People only sell negative emotions. By the way, their prices are higher than in the Mogilev market. DON'T TAKE FLOWERS FROM THEM. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
