This is not the first time we have treated a child for blood tests and we are always satisfied. I am very pleased with the work of the center: polite, attentive staff, professionally rendered services. But there is a small wish: I would like to,
as in the medical centers of Minsk, patients were called to the office by first name and patronymic, and not by last name, thereby violating confidentiality, and not by the word "next", as in the queues of the polyclinic.
