This is not the first time we have rested, we like the hospitality, convenient location from the sea, near the market, shops. The beach is clean. The last time we were in October was in the second half of the month of 2024, and the weather was rainy for several days. The room where we stayed was warm and comfortable because the floors were heated. Even though the weather was cloudy, the sea was warm, and we swam. I advise everyone. We plan to go there more than once. Valentine, good health and continued prosperity.

I recently visited this place and was completely delighted. The service is at the highest level! The staff was friendly and attentive, which created a pleasant atmosphere.
The interior is very stylish and cozy. Every detail is thought out, and it creates a feeling of comfort. I cannot but mention the excursions organized by Quadro Pedro. It was an amazing adventure, accompanied by a high level of service and exciting routes. We recommend it to anyone who wants to add bright emotions to their vacation!

Pleasant memories of a vacation in this guest house in June 2024! Thank you Valentina Alekseevna for the very hearty and unique breakfasts in the summer kitchen-terrace overlooking the mountains! Every morning there is a different porridge, salad, cheese and meat dish, dessert and pastries! The room was for three two-room in the second four-storey building, with air conditioning, TVs, wi-fi, with a bathroom. On the floor there is a kitchenette with a kettle and a sink, a spacious large balcony with a refrigerator, tables, chairs, a sofa and armchairs, dryers for two rooms. From the balcony you can see the sea and the railway road. But it didn't bother. Rather, it was amusing, since the trains ran about 4 times a day. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, but we went to the beaches closer to the center of New Athos. If there were any wishes or household requests, everything was solved: whether it was a basin in the room, or an additional garbage bag... If our garbage bag was overloaded, it didn't bother us to carry it to the container, anyway every day on the way to the beach or the market :) By the way, the cooking utensils in the summer kitchen are not all on display. Upon request, they will give you what is required. The hostess of the house, Valentina Alekseevna, is a beautiful, wise woman, an interesting conversationalist. We wish her and her family well-being and prosperity!

Pleasant memories of staying at this guest house in late July and early August 2024! It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, along the way there is a market, cafes, many shops, near the beach there is an Abkhazian design bureau. The hostess of the house, Valentina Alekseevna, is a beautiful woman, always in style, an interesting interlocutor, will tell you everything and advise you. We wish her and her family well-being and prosperity! We will come back to New Athos, only to her.

We rested in this wonderful place in Abkhazia, the sea, a delicious cafe nearby, the hostess of the hotel is a wonderful, sensitive, intelligent, beautiful woman Valentina Alekseevna, my Mother and I were allocated the largest room with a view of the mountains, many thanks to her for her help, especially when my Mother had an attack. We had a wonderful rest, the hotel is clean, stylish, the whole territory is full of flowers, I have never seen this anywhere, it feels like it was done with love. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here.

The location of the house is excellent. The furniture and bed linen are good. But cooking your own food is a separate conversation. I would say a huge fat minus. Two-burner tile for 15-20 people. One large 10-liter pot. And two frying pans. Do not expect that you can cook your own food there. We ate in a cafe. Breakfast was included. Porridge, cheese, egg or a sandwich with meat. There are three types of tea: black, green, and karkade. Three salads (winter or crab, cabbage or carrot, and vegetable). The disadvantage is that there was no garbage container on the territory of the guest house. Even in the kitchen, which is intended for self-cooking, there is no trash bucket. We ourselves threw the accumulated garbage into a container that stood on the territory of the market. But actually it didn't bother us, but it was a surprise. Near the market, bus stop, cafe on the shore for every taste and budget. The sea is close. I do not know if I will go to this guest house next time, rather no than yes. A hostess with her own mood. It happened that he was not there, and probably many vacationers felt it).

We had a rest in June 2024! Perfect accommodation! All rooms have their own bathroom, comfortable beds, everything you need is there! The hostess is attentive to requests, provides comfort, coziness and tranquility to guests! The location is very convenient! Everything is nearby! There is an opportunity to cook on your own! There is a market and many shops nearby! Don't even doubt it!

We had a family vacation in August 2024. I liked everything. The hostess Valentina Alekseevna is an intelligent, beautiful woman, not intrusive, knows her worth. She looks strict, but when you communicate closely, you realize that the person is open and interesting. The hotel has thought out every detail. The rooms are clean, cozy, and stylish. Room cleaning, towel change, breakfast - a separate story. There is a twist to everything. There is a smoking area, a barbecue area. My son cooked shish kebab a couple of times, used local seasonings. It turned out very tasty and much cheaper than in cafes

We had a rest last summer. New Athos is a favorite place on Earth. We were 50 years ago, we are glad that everything has been preserved! I would like to restore the station. The hotel is nice, cozy rooms with fresh renovation, with names (!)- lavender room, apricot...Good breakfasts are included. But it is not possible to cook something on your own - one two-burner stove is constantly busy. The hostess is a person of good mood, not always friendly. Of the minuses, they still grabbed rotovirus, although levomycitin helped for a day. I love you, New Athos!

A great guest house, we have been here twice and were satisfied both times. Even in our second check-in, breakfasts appeared, quite diverse. The hostess has a separate respect, all the questions of the guests are solved quickly. I wish this place to continue to develop in the same spirit :)

It's a terrible area, it's better not to consider it when choosing. There are railway tracks nearby that people climb over. If you are with children and strollers - not right away. The whole center is a 40-minute walk away, in fact it is the outskirts. They charge per day as well as in the center, so it is not profitable. We will consider other options in the future. The hostess posted beautiful photos, but she did not take off the neighborhood itself.

As the child's mother was disappointed, there are no playgrounds nearby, you need to run across the HIGHWAY to the sea. The hostess, of course, does not warn, scandalizes with the guests, or disappears altogether. You won't find it later. The kitchen is old, as are the dishes. For prices above 4000 it is too expensive for such conditions. Only the sea saved the vacation, not another foot to Valentina.

Valentina Alekseevna had a rest at the end of August 23. A family of 4 people, my husband and I and two children. I must say right away - it was the most wonderful vacation in all the 5 times that we rested in Abkhazia!!! And this is entirely the merit of Valentina Alekseevna: firstly, a stunning two-room room in an "old" house on the second floor is something! Balcony, view from the window, beauty, cleanliness, air conditioning, TVs, towels, linen change in 3 days!!! Secondly: just awesome breakfasts, even more than necessary and necessary: everything is sooo delicious and a lot!!! Thirdly, Valentina Alekseevna herself is an amazing woman, admires how she came up with all this, turned it into reality and continues to think about her vacationers and develops her hotel!!! The sea is nearby, the market, shops - everything is very close, which is a big plus! We will come only to Valentina Alekseevna, because her beautiful, cozy, well-thought-out hotel and attitude to guests made our vacation this year simply unforgettable!

We rested in a two-room room from 09/24/2022 to 10/22/2022 ,we really liked the rest , the room was very clean , the room was cleaned after 4 days, there is a small kitchen on the floor so that you can boil a kettle and drink coffee, but there is also a shared kitchen separately, in our room I consider it a separate plus that the rooms isolated, good bed linen ( for me it was important), very tasty breakfasts that Irina cook prepared for us, you could not even think before lunch - they were well-fed.Special thanks to the hostess, Valentina Alekseevna, a very intelligent, calm and caring woman, when she needed some help, she always responded.The only thing I would like is for the playground to be normal , since its presence is indicated .But it wasn 't critical for us .Beautiful roses grow on the territory, the dining area is thought out to the smallest detail (on each table there is a package with important napkins to wash your hands), good tables and chairs and a view of the mountains during breakfast.A married couple who have been visiting Valentina for several years rested with us on the floor, and this says a lot. Nearby there is a market, shops and a pharmacy, as well as dentistry - which unfortunately came in handy for us. It is easy to get from the border, take a minibus to New Athos - the price is 300 rubles per person and ask to drop off near the market or say at the second traffic light , climb up 2 minutes and you are there , there is no point in a taxi.

A strange "establishment". I see enthusiastic reviews, apparently someone is satisfied. I saw the hostess only when I checked in, then she hides, sometimes she doesn't even pick up the phone, I don't know why she is encrypted. If something needs to be solved, the trail is gone.

You know, I have nothing against the guest house. The usual people stopped there, they also missed the choice, like me. It takes a very long time to get to the central park and the waterfall. If you are satisfied only with the sea near the railway tracks in the old USSR area - approx. But then the price should be lower, and not like in hotels, I found out about it after talking to people on the beach((

Nice guest house. The location is not so bad. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea, but you need to cross the railway (there is a train running along it four times a day! :-)). The rooms are clean and relatively comfortable. There are TVs in every room. Wi-Fi is very stable by Abkhazian standards, but it is better, nevertheless, to spend an extra thousand to immediately purchase an Abkhazian SIM card with unlimited Internet. The service for Abkhazia is very good. Cleaning every 3-4 days, but you can do it more often. There is almost always hot water in the shower. They feed you breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. But on the way to the sea there is a cafe "Prime" with just wonderful cuisine :-). In general, everything is great for Abkhazia! But now, who is in this country for the first time - remember that in terms of everyday life you are returning to the Soviet Union! No one will bow to you very much. But he won't impose his service either!

I didn't like the location of the house. To reach the sea, you need to cross the railway tracks, then the highway without a pedestrian crossing, you need to run across. Far from the center, the price - quality does not match. There is no personal kettle in the room, only a common one on shared balconies.

But the hostess, a wonderful responsive woman, found a small room for us, and even in it everything was fine with respect to the person.)) A wonderful mini-hotel with the invested soul and heart of the hostess, who is constantly there. Good cuisine, made to order, delicious and not expensive. They often took breakfast. We really liked it. Especially in the morning the view of the mountains)) New Athos has the largest concentration of attractions in Abkhazia.

Dear vacationers! Be careful when choosing a hotel. Specify everything, ask for a photo of the room and the view from the window. This year, my friend and I were disappointed. Valentina has two hotels. A new house and an old one. Photos on the website of the new house. The old one is out of the question. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in an old house. It's good that at the very top, at least the view is a little better. Than those living below (view of the neighboring house, walls). But there are also positive emotions. This is the staff. The girls clean well. And they cook delicious.

We had a rest with a child, expected hospitality and good impressions! We do not recommend this place, siphoning off money and the lack of a normal relationship. The arrogant, petty hostess of the house, absolutely inattentive, is sharpened by money. The summer kitchen is in poor condition, the dishes are old and dirty, there are not enough appliances for everyone. There is no playground at all. Irina the cook cooks deliciously, there are no complaints about her.
