We had a rest in August 2024. The nature is beautiful, the sea is clean. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price. We were surprised that we were informed that we had to go to another guest house for breakfast and dinner, as they do not cook. It was not mentioned about this purchase of a ticket. During the ten days we stayed there, the bed linen was changed only at our request. At lunch, they wanted to use the microwave, but the maid forbade it, said that the hostess did not allow it. The greed and unfriendliness of the hostess speaks volumes. We won't go back there next time.

Good afternoon, two adults and one child traveled with their family in 2021. We were very lucky with the weather! The sea was literally 1 km away. homemade (while we were walking to the sea, we bought seasonal fruits) large delicious portions (like homemade food)
The staff is kind and courteous.

We rested here for 2 weeks in the first half of August 2022 with two families (4 adults, a child of 5 years old).we lived in two separate rooms, fully equipped for a good rest: a separate bathroom. a room with exhaust ventilation (no smells, dampness!) air conditioning, a large TV, cabinets, bedside tables and very comfortable beds, a sofa, a table, a refrigerator - everything you need. Daily cleaning, cleanliness. Balconies and a large covered area equipped for drying clothes. A separate room is the dining room veranda, where you feel exactly like a vacationer:the service is excellent, the food is very tasty, porridge and pepper stuffed with meat were repeated 1 time in 2 weeks, and all other days the yummy is different and varied. The most striking thing was the COMPLETE silence at night: no cicadas, no cars. The staff is very polite and friendly, they will be happy to answer your question. The rest was A SUCCESS! Thank you very much to all of you girls!

We had a rest in August, we liked everything, the hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is excellent, the hostess Gayane will help with everything, tell you, the food for 5 + is always fresh, with fervor from the heat. The village is good, close to shops, eafe Barrel, for those who like to sing, dance, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, the sea is clean, the beach is large pebbles. We rested like at home, in the evenings everyone gathered on the veranda. We went on excursions with roommates . In general, the rest was excellent

The furniture is all rolled up, the mattresses are very hard and squeaky, there is a large layer of dust in not visible places, we could not withstand the booked 7 days and left earlier.

A great place to relax. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. We had a full boarding house, so if the breakfasts were repeated from time to time, because there were only porridges, then lunches and dinners for 10 days never once, and they were so delicious, thanks to the chefs. The boarding house itself is located right on the border with Russia. A small village for a relaxing holiday, if you need hot and stormy parties, then this is not for you. There are only two bars where you can hang out in the evening. But you can relax in Abkhazia without it. So many beautiful places and 10 days were not enough.

I think it's one of the best hotels in the village.
It's close to the beach, you can't hear the road. Cleanly cozy, but "cheap and angry." There are places where you can sit with the company. Very tasty and good homemade wine. Good food. Friendly staff.(right at home)
One of the disadvantages is the village itself. The light turns off periodically, and with it the water. Of the entertainment, only the sea and two not very cheerful restaurants near the shore. Gagra is 20-25 minutes away by minibus. But prices are also 30-50% cheaper than in Gagra.

Everything is great from the train station by bus to the border for 20-30 minutes, then from the border for 15 minutes on foot. The sea is near the shore, the pebbles and sand are quite decent as there are cafes and canteens nearby. The village is quiet, there are shops as well as tours are taken from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, good conditions, delicious food, towels for face, body and legs, there is only a hair dryer and there is also an air conditioner. The hotel has 3 floors and a veranda on the 2nd and 3rd floor

I really liked the location, the border is nearby, I crossed the railway and you are there, the sea is nearby and what else do you need to relax!!! We had a rest in August. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. The room is clean, bathroom and shower. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, table. The staff is friendly and will always help. Special thanks to the hostess Gayana, for the organization in her hotel. Delicious homemade food. We all communicated like a big family, even went on excursions with roommates. In the evenings we sat on the veranda with homemade wine. A good rest. It's not close to the sea, but walking is useful. Be sure to take aquasocks with you on a trip, as there are large pebbles on the beach and it hurts to be barefoot. The hotel has Wi-Fi, but the Russian operator also catches it. If you go on an excursion, roaming will appear, but our tower will be caught again in about a day. There are many shops and a canteen on the street. There are power outages in the village, but they are not frequent and not for long. In general, I really enjoyed the rest. We'll be back.

We had a rest in August 2019, everything is fine, but the rest was ruined. There is a rotovirus infection in the hotel. The staff closes their eyes, does nothing. We could do wet cleaning at least with bleach...But alas! On the plus side: the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, there is always hot water, the sea is a 15-minute walk away.
