Thank you for the hospitality of this wonderful guest house. We were satisfied with everything, the beach is on line 1, quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are very tasty, we had dinner there - that's something! Barbecue, pizza, excellent children's menu and all at reasonable prices. There are rabbits, a children's room and a trampoline on the territory - our son always had something to do. We rented a car from the owner during the days of the storm, we looked at the whole of Abkhazia

Great place! All you need to relax is clean rooms with all amenities, a children's pool, a playground, lots of toys, cute rabbits, grapes that save you from the heat and many other pleasant little things)
The sea is a 20-second walk away. Clean, blue, warm.

We had a rest in August of this year 2024. We are satisfied with the staff and the room in which we lived. There is a cafe at the hotel, the menu is varied, there is a separate children's menu. There is a complex for breakfast, lunch, dinner to choose from on the menu. The cooked food is VERY, VERY TASTY! The dinner service is simply gorgeous, like in a restaurant. Chef ANDREY, friendly, will tell you in the choice of dishes, takes into account the wishes of customers! The sea is nearby for a couple of minutes and you are on the beach. There are sun loungers and umbrellas.If you want to relax in ABKHAZIA, then we will definitely come back here! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE REST!

A very cozy guest house. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Food for 5+👍 Rabbits and a zone for kids is just super! The child was missing there all the time) There are always free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The sea is above all praise! Warm, clean, transparent. It is located across the street, a minute walk away. But there are rooms right on the shore with sea views (they are more expensive). The place is great for a quiet family vacation🔥

I had a rest with my friends in September 2023, we went here to rest, and not to look for flaws, so the rest was a success, clean sea, beautiful nature, clean air, friendly staff are always ready to help, prompt. We express our gratitude to the staff of the Valentine Guest House. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and excellent mood is created. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed in the room, on the territory and even on the beach. We lived in the old building, the rooms are well renovated, there is a refrigerator, a TV. In the dining room you can drink tea around the clock, there is everything you need: mugs, tea leaves, sugar and even lemon!!! The sea is across the road, walk 2 minutes. They fed well, at home. The hostess Valentina Petrovna is a very friendly and friendly woman. Special thanks to the kitchen staff and of course to the administrator Tatiana. Thank you for a great relaxing holiday!!!

The hotel exceeded all expectations, we went to the building by the sea (Pearl), there were no reviews for it anywhere, I write.
• Rooms: new building, new rooms, very cozy, balcony with sea view in any case - side or straight, air conditioning, bathroom in perfect condition, everything is clean, plus room cleaning every 3-4 days, a separate plus for the studio - the bed is located separately in a room without windows, and the light from the balcony does not interfere with sleeping.
• Food: we took a room with breakfast and dinner, everything is very tasty, different food every day, several dishes for breakfast and a full lunch (soup, salad, second course and refreshing compote). There is a separate menu for your orders, the prices are excellent, the variety is great - all the dishes have not been tried. There is a bar with a good selection of wine and lemonades from Abkhazia (recommendation - feijoa with laurel, hit the heart), beer is also draught and bottled.
The terrible rotavirus, which all our friends used to scare us away from going, has not been detected. Eat normal food, wash fruits, do not buy shawarma in dubious stalls :)
• Location: located 3 km from the border, a taxi from the border to the hotel costs 500 rubles, and another great life hack is the absence of roaming on the beach. Turn on the airplane at the border, turn it off on the beach and you are online in Russia.
The beach is not clogged with tourists, as in Anapa or Sochi, the hotel has its own sun beds and umbrellas, the sea is clean, there is a bar with sap rental next to the beach.
The only point is that the beach is pebbly, buy corals, otherwise it is difficult to walk and get out of the sea.
• Staff: sensitive, responsive people who really care about your comfort. Bartender Andrey has been working at this hotel for several seasons - he will tell you what, how and where. Nadezhda and Irina are excellent administrators, from whom you can ask anything at any time.
• A few tips: take cash, preferably small, cards are accepted here, but not everywhere (more often not everywhere), buy mosquito spray and a diffuser for the room from them, they are evil here, sunscreen, after sunburn and during sunburn is welcome.
Crossing the border - from the airport or train station, you reach the border from Sochi, cross the border with a small queue, first the border of the Russian Federation, then the border of Abkhazia (minimum questions and inspection), then take a taxi from Abkhazia.
The result: a great vacation, the best beach, beautiful nature, spectacular views.

We lived in a room on the 4th floor by the sea, with two balconies. Cleaning every three days is quite enough. The food in the cafe at the hotel is decent, although there was often an omelet for breakfast, we ate omelets for the year ahead. The sea is excellent, the beach is free; local "head-riders" are straining with the offer of water entertainment." Definitely rooms in buildings on the shore, lovers of silence will be bothered by a nearby cafe with almost round-the-clock loud music.

A wonderful place for a family vacation. We lived in a building on the seashore. It's a special treat. There is silence and tranquility around. No fuss.
Sometimes there is even time to take a break from the Internet. TK Wi-Fi does not work stably, but this is even a plus. There is time to disconnect from everything and enjoy just relaxing.
Quiet, measured. There is a cluster of hotels nearby, near Narpa, it is already more noisy and crowded there.
The sea is good, the shore and the bottom are pebbly. Beach slippers save you.
Valentine's beach is clean.

The cafe is located on the territory of the guest house, across the street, where the guest house, the administration and the cafe are located. Gradually Valentina grows and develops))). Last year, 2 buildings were completed, and another one was completed by this season. There are plans to make a restaurant on the territory of the buildings by the sea.
We had breakfast and dinner included, but we chose breakfast and lunch on the spot. The food is very tasty and satisfying. Complexes are not particularly suitable for particularly fastidious children (ours partially only ate). There is a main menu and a children's menu. The children had fun at dinners))) French fries, nuggets, mashed potatoes with cutlets.
The staff is wonderful: Irina (the receptionist) is always ready to help. I had to contact her several times. Andrey (bartender) Well done too. When we went to Lake Ritsa, we were asked to leave our lunch. We had a quiet dinner in the evening. I am always happy to answer all questions, because it was my first time in Abkhazia, then everything was interesting.
Excursions can be booked at the reception. There is a trampoline and bunnies for children from the entertainment. There is a swimming pool for very young children.
During the heat, the daughter enjoyed playing with other children on the territory of the guest house, where the yard is hidden under a vine, an apple tree and it is always cool.

We lived in a three-room apartment in a building near the sea, on the second floor.
Everything is new, just made, beautiful, convenient, comfortable.
There is liquid soap, no gel or shampoo.
The appliances are all new, the dishes are there, the air conditioning in every room is excellent)
Not all outlets worked and sometimes turned off the lights, but these are small things.
The beach is ordinary, pebbles, sun beds with umbrellas.

Hello. We had a summer vacation in June 2023. The guest house is good, the food in the restaurant is also good, there is a beach across the street. The rooms have everything you need, one minus the dirty carpet. We had a rest with children, I would like to improve the area for children, the slide that is located there is not safe for small children, I would like to make a little children's zone that is located near rabbits, it is very convenient when you eat and the child plays under supervision (swing, sandbox). The guest house is wonderful! 3 buildings - 2 on the beach and 1 across the street (200 steps to the sea) with rooms for any company.
We rested for 19 days from June 19 to July 7: parents and an 8-year-old child in a triple room, grandparents in a double room in a building across the street from the sea.
Rooms: The rooms are small but cozy and in excellent condition. The plumbing is in order, the triple room has its own boiler for hot water supply. There was liquid soap in the bathroom, no shampoo/shower gel. The air conditioners work well. The TV in the triple room was working intermittently. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, no cutlery, cups/plates. Sometimes the lights were turned off, the hotel has a generator.
Meals: 3 meals a day are complex, everything is very tasty and different every day, the portions are good, we ate too much. For breakfast every other day, some kind of porridge or omelet alternates with something; for lunch, soup, salad, second course or pie, compote; for dinner, a hot dish. You can order something from the menu (sometimes you ordered something in the evening), buy wine or other drinks. Around the clock, you can drink black, green tea (Greenfield or Abkhazian) with lemon, sugar or without.
Beach: The beach is clean, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, a shower and a foot faucet. We installed new rows of sun beds and umbrellas when there were more vacationers. The staff takes care of the comfort of the guests. The entrance to the sea is medium and large pebbles (special shoes are needed for comfort), flat, but it gets deep quickly enough. The sea is clear, dolphins often come. There are no crowds on the beach, it is very comfortable. No one was sick with Rotavirus!
For children, the guest house has a small swimming pool, a playground with a trampoline and a mini zoo near the cafe - rabbits live there, there is a playroom with toys, books and games in the building. Thanks to the closed territory, you can not worry about the child, all the children ran / played together. All the guests are family, calm
At 5 min. There is a shop nearby.

There was a studio in a new building near the sea. Two adults and 2 children (2, 9) are quite comfortably accommodated without extra. beds.
The sea is good, clean, and warm. In 16 days, it stormed only 2 times, and even then for half a day.
The living conditions are good, the staff is helpful. They were taken initially with food, but sometimes they were ordered from the menu. Another time, perhaps, we will take it without food, so as not to be tied down. The food is not Turkey All Inclusive, of course, but everything is quite tasty. Without any consequences)
So in general, it's a solid 4/4+.

I would like to write a review. We had a rest in this guest house at the end of August. In principle, you can put 5 ku, but there are small remarks: breakfast starts at 8.30, it's a little late for us, as well as lunch at 13.30, usually we have (the child is 3 years old) sleep - an hour already at this time and in the morning he woke up early, at 7 he no longer slept, he had to wait 1.5 hours, but there is tea with sugar and lemon available, you could drink tea. The air conditioner in one of the rooms (we had 2 rooms) worked very poorly. There were very few fans on the ceiling on the street where there were tables and people were eating, it would be great with them, after all, the climate is very hot. They did not respond immediately to the request to bring toilet paper and remove the garbage, they had to wait 2 days, but they cleaned the room completely on the 5th or 6th day. The bartender Andrey is a man of mood, and they did not understand him in 9 days, whether he was happy with the guests or not. We also did not have enough information on accommodation: we did not immediately understand how to order set meals, where to throw garbage. But in general, I can recommend this guest house, we especially liked the food, it's gorgeous, like in a restaurant. White cotton linen. And, there were not enough ropes to hang things wet after the sea, I hung them on the railing. Even on our arrival, the public microwave was broken, I had to ask them to warm up in the kitchen, it was inconvenient for me, because, I repeat, I did not understand how this request of mine was perceived, there was a slight feeling that I was straining them a lot. And since the village is quiet, it is better to go there by car, so that there would be an opportunity to go somewhere. The sea is warm as fresh milk, but it was clean in different ways, depending on the weather. The Internet worked with minor glitches, but on vacation I generally think you need to take a break from it, in some places I even took it well on the beach. The new building by the beach is generally very beautiful, everything is modern and comfortable inside, but we lived in the old one across the street, it was more convenient for us with children there, because food, a trampoline, a swimming pool were closer. In the evening, the guest house was quiet, despite the fact that we lived on the 1st floor right in the center, no one bothered us to sleep.

A good place for a relaxing holiday. If you need movement in the evenings, it's better to look for another option. Mostly all the family are here, with children. Many thanks to Irina and Andrey, the nicest people) I advise you to take accommodation with meals (if you can eat fatty), because like throughout Abkhazia, they cook quite fat here (they suffered from heartburn for two days). If you can't eat this, you'll have to try to find a normal place to eat. In general, it is very tasty and the portions are good

I liked the hotel by itself, we lived in a suite with a sea view, the rooms are cozy, cleaning is of course 1p in 4 days, but at the request the garbage was removed, the food was included in the payment, the breakfasts are delicious, quite hearty, I also liked lunch, but there is no dinner at all, one portion is fat and that's it. There were no fruits at all, a small portion of vegetables for dinner, this is of course a minus, we would not have known if we had gone to a cafe nearby. We lived in a room on the third floor, there was a view of the sea and the mountains, the room has everything you need (TV, air conditioning, a comfortable bed with a good mattress), minus - there are no lamps above the bed and you have to get up to turn off the light, there are no glasses and a jug for water. The food is very tasty, the portions are large, everything is homemade, thanks to the cook Svetlana and Artyom. The service is fast. The staff is friendly, the location is close to the border (within walking distance, walking slowly for 30-40 minutes), one minute to the sea, there are sun beds, a shower, the territory and the room are clean, the linen is changed in four days, thanks to Anastasia. I recommend.

Suite with sea view excellent location - the sea is 30 meters from the balconies , there are two of them , as well as in the suite there are two rooms and two full-fledged showers and toilets , good mattresses , lots of towels , there are umbrellas and sun beds , the kitchen is 50 meters across the street at the hotel - very tasty food , but the menu very poor - I got tired of everything in a week - there is a cafe Del mare nearby - there is more choice , prices are lower , service is better .
I did not like it - the lack of a kettle , glasses in the room and not the desire to provide it when I asked the administration , turning off the Internet every day from 11 to 17 oo, immediately after turning off the wi fi, the puncher , stroblerez and Bulgarian construction site 20 meters from the suite on the sea and work every day and even on Sunday , migrants those who work there are generally docile and quiet , but devouring the eyes of women vacationers is annoying , very annoying. A great hotel right by the sea. There are two buildings: one across the street and the second one is new on the shore. I recommend a new one! Fresh renovation, good furniture. Of the minuses, there is an iron staircase between the floors... children run around, it rattles right. Turning off the light (a common household problem) is compensated by the generator (although the phases on which the air conditioner is hanging and the sockets are not connected to the generator. Just the lights and the telly! The food is not bad, the staff is friendly. In general, thanks to this place for three days spent with my family)

Everything was fine, but one of the minuses is:
-power outages;
- in the bathroom, the water is running, then cold, then boiling water, although you don't touch the faucet;
-there are not enough outlets in the room, I had to disconnect something to put the phone on charge;
-one foot towel (for two people);
- like the room was cleaned, but only the middle. Seeds, pieces of doshirak and a hazelnut in a shell came across under the feet.

A decent hotel. We were in July 2023. There is a cozy cafe on site where you can pour boiling water from a cooler around the clock. Tea leaves and sugar are also available. There are power outages, but this is a common problem in Abkhazia.

The new building has new rooms on the first line. The beach was private, the sea was clean. It is unclear what and how to do with the cleaning. We liked the food well. We ordered a transfer

The guest house is not bad in principle, but..... There are problems with electricity, but this is probably the problem of the whole village. The kitchen is normal, you can eat, but outside the hotel you can eat tastier and cheaper. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is changed, there are towels and even beach towels. The sea is 50 meters away. The beach is clean, there are umbrellas and sun beds. The staff is responsive, Irina at the reception solves all questions and problems (excursions, taxis, etc.) In general, everything is fine, one minus, but this is my personal opinion -the repair, which woke us up in the morning and at lunch when we wanted to relax, the sounds of the puncher do not contribute to this.

We checked into the room, the beds in the room are sagging, you sleep like in a hammock! 7,000 rubles were charged for the room, there are zero amenities at all! The attitude towards you is good until the moment you give the money. After they have given you away, they safely forget about you! There is no waiter in the cafe! It's hard to even call it a cafe, it's a dining room!. The food is very fatty and not tasty. I chose a hotel based on reviews, but the reviews here are pretty screwed up. I don't recommend it.

A wonderful place! We were in the summer of 2019. Everything is at a high level! Wonderful cuisine, cozy rooms with all amenities, wonderful staff, and the hostess Valentina is above all praise!
The only drawback, although for some, it may not be a disadvantage, is an unsettled beach. If you expect to see a beautiful promenade, this will not happen here, although perhaps something has changed in two years. The sea itself is clean.

Otherwise, I do not advise you to go to Abkhazia, there is anarchy on the roads, the Gaians look at visitors as food, the price for their services starts from 5000 rubles at least, they served a couple of times, thank you. The rules, and your violations are taken right out of thin air, everything is there on stream. I stood with about a dozen cars with Russian license plates, they brought me in pairs and "solved" the issue on the spot... What a blessing that we did not fly to Turkey after all, but ended up in this fabulous place.
Next in order, about every wonderful person here:
We ordered a transfer from this hotel, but our flight was delayed, and in the end we also lost our luggage, as a result we were delayed for 3 hours and what was our surprise that we were greeted with a smile by a very friendly driver Sergey (who was waiting for us all this time in the hellish Sochi heat), helped load our suitcases then he explained how the border crosses and very carefully (and believe me, drivers in Abkhazia are not distinguished by careful driving) took us to the place where we were met by Irina (the administrator), a very sociable, smiling, good-natured girl who showed us our room (our room had 2 rooms, each of which had air conditioning, huge soft pillows, snow-white bed linen, 2 TVs, the room was clean and smelled very nice, perhaps the only minus of the room is the sofa, it is large, but not very comfortable, but the bed opposite is very cool. The room is cleaned every 4 days, with a change of towels and bed linen, we just gave the key to a very nice girl (unfortunately I don't know her name, but she had an earring in her nose), who literally put the room in order in 30 minutes), then Irina showed us the hotel territory (on the territory there is a swimming pool for children, a children's slide, a trampoline, a dining area, you can use a thermopot around the clock, there is sugar, tea (black and green), a lemon, there is a mini "zoo" (chickens, rabbits), but I think they will leave this territory for the New Year's feast. The hotel has its own sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is clean and I dare say that it is cleaned by the hotel staff, although the beach is not private (we walked along the coast and were shocked by how dirty the beaches are in other places). We were in early September, there weren't many people, no one was piled up like sprats in a jar.
We intentionally did not take full board, we thought that we would eat in different places every day, BUT for 10 days we never ate anywhere else except our hotel, since everything is very, very tasty here, I will say more, they come here from other hotels (which once again confirms the fact thatthe food here is very tasty), the portions are large. I would like to say a special thank you to Andrey for the delicious barbecue, for his kind attitude, a man who always seems to me to be in total peace and tranquility.
I also want to thank the girl (we don't know her name, but she had purple strands of hair) for her responsiveness.
And of course I would like to thank Svetlana our fairy separately (for some reason, my husband and I thought that she looked very much like the fairy godmother from Cinderella), for her signature "twenty-four, everything is frozen already" (we ordered food and always gathered for a very long time afterwards to go out for a meal, but then we caught ourselves the thought that we were just waiting for her to shout our number, it was a separate kind of pleasure)and she always does it with such a smile, with such a soul, a person with a huge heart. To be honest, we didn't even understand if Svetlana ever rested or not because early in the morning she was already at work, and when we went to bed she was still at work, but despite such a schedule, she always remained kind, sincere, warm.We will miss her very, very much.
We were driven back by a wonderful driver (a woman) with a very beautiful name Madonna, she told us about Abkhazia, a very pleasant companion and a careful driver.
And of course we will come back here. We will recommend this place to our friends and relatives.

Close to the border, the rooms are not bad, the mattress is just creepy, it's very uncomfortable to sleep, you can feel all the springs. In a two-room room, one is working, the other is not, the room is stuffy, the windows are small, there is not enough light. It's boring, there's nothing really around. There's nothing to do there without a car. Unreasonably expensive.

Very close to the sea, the room is neat and clean. They are fed at home, you can take breakfast and lunch, and for dinner go to neighboring cafes for a change. There is a kitchen where you can cook yourself.
The pool is very small and shallow for children under 3 years old.
The area is quiet, local houses are nearby, the guests are also mostly family.

There are old and new buildings. We lived in the old one. Good rooms, delicious food, helpful people. It is located near the border, but far from the center and the market. If you are used to 5 *, then perhaps such a vacation will disappoint you. But the hotel deserves attention))

We had a rest in June, went for the sea, the sun and impressions, that's all we got. Personally, I was bothered by the lack of balconies, respectively, after taking a shower, I need to dry off, get dressed, then hang swimsuits / swim trunks / towels on my shoulder (there were 2 adults, 2 children), go down from the 2nd floor to the 1st and try to find a place to hang all my underwear on ropes, which hang around the perimeter 1st floor. It didn't always work out, alas. It was also not always possible to fill in the mnstl for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The hotel has 24 rooms (including 3, 4, 6 beds), in the dining room building there are 5 tables designed for 4-5-6 people, there are 2 more tables for 2-3 people, there is a buffet table and chairs, there are
There are 4 more tables a little further from the kitchen. We took accommodation with 3 meals a day, and, lo and behold, my grandchildren never complained about their stomach. Living with food is not much different from living without food.

The most convenient and not expensive option among all in tsandripsh, we have never regretted that we stayed here!
