A very strange SRT. They are deliberately trying to "keep the brand", but in reality they are insincerely hiding something (confirmed at the end of my review in P.S.).
I came to them by buying a coupon for the promotion on one of the sites. I haven't read any reviews. I just wanted to make a collapse-convergence. When registering, I was somewhat alarmed by the question "the reason why you are doing collapse-convergence" - well, okay (the client WANTS to do collapse-convergence, but the SRT needs to know the reason for this - apparently TO IMPOSE ADDITIONAL SERVICES, as other clients, judging by the reviews).
They demanded the keys from me so that the master could drive the car into the box. I immediately clarified, "how can I see what the master is doing to my car?" And then the "picture" changed dramatically: competent specialists SUDDENLY began to cheat.: What do you want to see? What do you want to see there? And, in general, this is prohibited by our safety regulations - OUR PRINTOUT WITH WHEEL ANGLES SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR YOU. Naturally, he refused to entrust his car to them.
I came home and read the reviews on the website where I bought the coupon: they are trying to impose additional services + another person brought a photo where it is clear that no one touched the adjusting bolts, although they took the money for adjusting the camber. At other service stations, you sign a safety document and can be present during the manipulations. They won't let you in here, which means they're trying to hide something.
Be careful on the way to the service station - the track is very badly broken for the last 300-500 meters. The asphalt is good before this broken road. They are located near the ring road. The office itself is not bad with a waiting area for clients (along with managers).
P.S. Today (in a couple of days) I made a collapse-convergence in another service station. I told the master about the situation with the Vagcenter. He laughed sadly at their phrase "A printout should be enough for you." He explained that reading the Rules and signing the safety log solves all problems with finding a customer in the "production area" (unless, of course, there is nothing to hide). In a third-party service station, the collapse was made in my presence with visual confirmation in the program, a printout and a receipt.
Despite the fact that the Vagcenter is located near my place of residence and I have a VAG car, I will never contact this service station again!!!

Sky M is a service station specializing in Mazda cars. Prices are not cheap, but there is reason to expect quality. I've been servicing Mazda here for several years now. It is located, however, quite inconveniently. If you have rented a car, then you can only leave by taxi.
I came for computer diagnostics. The Check Engine lit up. It feels like it twitches with a little more pressure on the gas pedal. I was sure that the gaps were in some kind of cylinder, which I immediately said in the service. But according to the diagnostic results, they reported that there were no passes. There is an egr valve error. Plugging it with a finger, they decided that the problem was not in it, but in the fuel system. We started with the least. Replacing the fuel filter. It didn't help. It was decided that the pump was low pressure. They ordered it and replaced it. It didn't help, but the car also started to stall, which was not the case before arriving at the service. Then it was assumed that this was the fuel pump control unit. We ordered it. Replaced. They said it seemed to help, although there are ignition gaps in the 4 cylinder... And they weren't there right away? Why did they suddenly appear? We removed the errors and gave the car back, in fact, without repairing anything. The car was also twitching at acceleration after the service. And after 200km, an error came out (check engine).
Total: -1200 white rubles. Lost 1.5 days. I do not recommend it!!!
Everything is fine, I recommend it. We serviced the e-golf - replaced the oil in the gearbox, even though we saw it for the first time. There were no problems, the cost is quite moderate. I will, if necessary, contact you in the future.

When recording by phone, it was said that the repair time of the car would be about 1 hour and the estimated cost of repair was told. I arrived by appointment at the agreed time. After 1 hour it turned out that during this time they only managed to lift the car onto the lift. It became clear that if the master gets free and starts working, it will take another 1.5 hours. In the conversation, it turned out that no one was interested in my time spent.
This service station is a classic example of how money can be bred.

We changed the pads - no one was confused that there is an anti-vibration plate on 3 pads, but not on the 4th. They put it as it is, they didn't ask, but she was just lying next to it.
I came for a big renovation and that. We agreed that they would take me to work on Wednesday at lunch. I'm calling myself on Saturday morning. We haven't taken over the car yet. Call me, discuss the deadlines, keep me informed. Well, as it is.
They asked to come with a minimum in the tank - approx. But I came to pick it up, but they can't pour it out of the canister, think for yourself how to make it to the gas station.
They do not give a book of comments and suggestions, they tell all sorts of stories in violation of a clear law that it must be in place and issued on demand.
