A monument to one of the main political criminals. He doesn't belong here. The civil war, the atrocities associated with it, the Holodomor, dekulakization and much more are the merits of this man, among others.

Surprisingly, it still stands. The cities have already been demolished. This one is a living reminder of an entire epoch!
