The name is very suitable for this place, you really feel like a guest, the atmosphere is very homely, the barbecue is very tasty, and the salad and coffee ... We were in Kislovodsk twice, and each time we specially came to this cafe

The reviews that could be found differed in opinion. Therefore, I am writing how we saw it. We consider ourselves lucky with the hotel. The location is very good. It seems to be in the center, but away from the noisy park and the embankment. There is one line between the hotel and the sea and it has not yet been built up. Cross the road, 50 meters and you're on the beach. Again, since there are no similar hotels nearby, there is almost no one on the beach near our descent. The beach is free, sometimes even empty. Minibuses to Batumi/The Ureks are walking past the hotel. We didn't even have to wait long, we left within three minutes. The balcony overlooked the avenue and the sea (though it was almost invisible behind the trees), but the double-glazed windows helped not to hear the noise. Again, not in the courtyard, where there was often a disco late at the bar and not everyone is happy with this fact, they say it interferes with sleep. The room itself met expectations. Clean, air conditioning, normal mattresses, TV, refrigerator, a fairly large wardrobe, which was a rarity for us (before that, our rooms either did not have at all, or were small). The shower stall was only slightly annoying. The exit from it was slightly incorrectly positioned relative to the toilet; it had to be balanced. And the doors on wheels went so-so. And once again I made a bundle for myself that I needed to take a tee with me – there was one socket in the room and one in the bathroom, there was not even enough to charge three phones. The electricity went out with us only once for 15-20 minutes. There was always no need to flush the hot water, even at night and immediately. The staff is polite. Every day at 10 a.m. they knocked and offered cleaning. When they agreed, when they refused. Garbage was taken away, toilet paper was brought (I saw in the reviews that it was the other way around; perhaps work was done). On the first day, the core of the castle broke. While we went to the sea, everything was fixed for us. Everything was always polite and tidy in the dining room. The staff themselves poured tea, placed plates for everyone. It was possible to wash in the machines in which the maids washed the bed linen and towels, but after their shift, in the evening. It is necessary to dry clothes on the balcony, but here there is already a bit of a problem (not only in this hotel, we saw the same situation on the balconies and in others): There are no dryers, there are no ropes. That is, just hang it on the railing. If the wind blows away, you will lift it off the ground. So I had to buy a rope for three lari and improvise. By the way, during the rainy season, when we were there, not a damn thing dries. Fortunately, the kondey block stood on the floor of the balcony and blew on a part of the stretched rope. It dried quickly there. Meals were included in the price. Three times a day. The reviews are partially included here. No frills. The usual home cooking, sometimes with Georgian dishes (lobio, khinkali). But sometimes ... the first non-standard breakfast was two boiled eggs (except for the usual bread + butter + honey). And everything. The wife said correctly, "Well, last time you had an omelet made from two eggs. Nominally, it's the same thing." And once again it was the same, just 2 sausages. Otherwise, it was normal for us, we eat without expectations of marzipans. Soups, pasta, porridges, cutlets, dumplings were once for breakfast… But you don't need to cook and wash the dishes, your head doesn't hurt about what to cook either. So the power didn't bother. And for three days in a row, we didn't even get to lunch and dinner because of traveling. The swimming pool on the territory was used only a couple of times. Again, if the weather is normal, then we go to the sea. If it rains, then it's not very good to be in the pool in the rain. So the hotel can even be recommended. If you don't need this evening rush, when crowds of tourists want to go under the window, bars and attractions are noisy, then this particular hotel can be a good hit.

The food is poor, the dishes are spicy, the children have nothing to eat, they ate food bought outside the hotel all the rest. For the first two days we lived in a building with a "grandmother's repair". Then they promised to overpower us to the building where we paid for the room, but in the end they overpowered us with arguments and swearing. I literally had to go after Eddie and beg. The whole vacation was observed in similar situations, when upon arrival people were told that there were no available rooms yet, but they would appear in 2 days. Some people even got into an argument, to which there was an inadequate reaction from Edik and his employees. The impression of the rest was spoiled. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
