All I got were excuses and standard phrases, as if I were talking to a robot, and not to a real person. Expectations have not been met, and there is absolutely no help from the bank.
Two months is too long a time to resolve such an issue, and this further undermines the bank's credibility. I am losing faith in their competence and in their ability to solve even the simplest problems of clients.
