I am extremely disappointed with the work of Uzum Bank. The registration process in the application went without any problems, but the verification turned into a real nightmare. I have successfully completed all the registration steps and submitted the necessary documents, but verification has not been completed, and two months have passed since then. This is simply absurd — the application does not specify a specific reason for the refusal, but instead I just "hung" in uncertainty.
I tried to contact the support service, both on Telegram and via chat in the app, but no answers were received to my questions. When I finally got through to the operator, they promised to help me, but no solution was found. All I got were excuses and standard phrases, as if I were talking to a robot, and not to a real person. Expectations have not been met, and there is absolutely no help from the bank.
Two months is too long a time to resolve such an issue, and this further undermines the bank's credibility. I am losing faith in their competence and in their ability to solve even the simplest problems of clients. Now I have a feeling that Uzum Bank does not care about its users and does not take measures to remedy the situation. I definitely do not recommend this bank!
