The worst institution in Nukus for many years now. The record holder for negligence. I bought a modem for 260,000 soums. They said they would arrive and refresh within 5 days. We didn't arrive. I called and texted everywhere to no avail. I had to call an electrician from another site through friends. It was painfully installed in two days.
