When asked about the existence of toll-free numbers (and I don't care what the numbers are), he said that there are "almost no such numbers." But when asked, "if there is almost none, then there is", he remained silent and got the impression that, well, it means there is no such thing.
I also said from the beginning that these 300k would fall into the account and the tariff would be paid from them, and then I said that it was only for the SIM card ...
For the tariff and the SIM card, it ended up being 370k.
Ironically, on the same day, at the office of another operator, a SIM card with the same tariff cost only 70k.
