You work very poorly!!!! I can't wait for the Reconciliation Report from you for the second week!!!! Operator No. 289 - where is the promised document???? Why don't you pick up the phone? I call 8-12 times a day!!!! They have completely forgotten how to work!!!! Are you only asking for money???? Then do your job well!!!!! Even the website doesn't work!!!!
