If you call from the beginning of the working day to find out how the doctor works, it takes an hour, it turns out that the doctor sees from 8 to 11. I just got through to 9, while I was packing, while I got there, the reception was over.
Bring back the old system, or if they say that the first available operator will answer, then put several people in to answer the calls. In fact, there is one person at the reception who has to answer the phone, there is a queue (not a small one) in front of him and issue cards.
