A bureaucratic prison. Doctors who send for examination are systematically required to receive a reprimand/fines/dismissal, not to mention those people who work here.
Conditions: they are being examined in damp, rotten apartments:
black mold, one room with guests, there are simply no doors except for the entrance and the cubicle.
Sleep with screams, moans and wheezing, even whole phrases and monologues - those who can be heard from neighboring rooms and sleeping in the corridors literally under the door.
Your belongings may be stolen.
An act of violence by the guests or staff may occur in front of your eyes.
There is no adequate heating and shower facilities
The food is the same as for the guests,
but with such an attitude it seems that the line between you and the experimental rat can be erased (sorry for the phobia)
They reject tests both at the stage of passing and at the stage of a single consultation
(1 in 2 weeks, based on which the conclusion and diagnosis are written)
In my case, the doctor wrote the report in a fit of anger (and a desire to harm), and the consultation was shouted at so that the rest of the queue could hear everything. They reject the diagnosis/complaints/symptoms/history and argue(!) about the external symptoms.
Lifelong social phobia has become an accentuation (a character trait within the normal range)
You can forget about the complaint of anxiety depression, I didn't mention it so that the doctors wouldn't go crazy.
(From psychiatrists: devaluation, schadenfreude, sadism, fraud, threats of slander, ignoring complaints and symptoms, psychological pressure, unprofessional and obscene communication, everyday analogies in order to devalue and interrupt explanations, aggression, intimidation, playing with the interpretation of complaints by sampling, parrying and arguing instead of analyzing and collecting information
On the part of the institution: inadequate examination, unacceptable conditions of stay, violations of legal norms and acts of violence in one form or another, questionable level of staff and its Prof.physical fitness/education, dilapidated premises, staying with people with serious mental disorders, lack of facilities for personal hygiene/poor condition and lack of personal space)

One of the advantages is a picturesque place...) Further downsides... They are released into the air very rarely, along with smokers. The feeling of unfreedom is more like a feminine zone... The windows are barred. There are no doors in the wards. Neurotics and suicidal people have a hard time psychologically enduring this communication with severely disabled people. This time together makes you even more depressed and depressed, rather than healing. It's humiliating for the staff to look into your mouth after taking a pill. In the sauna, they check how they cut their nails - whether they are of high quality...Washed, battered robes)) In the shower, one day, while washing, cold water suddenly poured, a male plumber came and began to fix something there, despite the fact that he was actually among a crowd of naked women. I felt like a piece of biomass back then... Neuroleptics and antidepressants are selected using the poke method (guinea pigs, of course). All of them cause a wild side effect and make the patient an absolute vegetable, sometimes falling into psychosis. No massage for you, no ivs with vitamins... But the feeling of being watched 24/7... Every step, every word is meticulously recorded, without a doubt. You're afraid of your shadow. Well, it's a lot of stupid lying in beds for days with rare trips to strange testing, in my opinion, aiming to prove that you are not a camel ...) This is not a cure! I couldn't wait for the day to get out, especially since they didn't put me here voluntarily, but under psychological pressure with a very cool diagnosis...) My reviews were all hidden. Only those with a Google account can read them. They're probably shy.)
It's not as bad as many people describe. Most of the staff are adequate and understanding. Treatment is provided mostly with pills, I did not notice psychotherapy. Many prohibitions in the department may seem silly, but that's how they make sense.
I would have put 5, but once in 21 days I noticed how the orderly hit the patient + I heard that in other respects the staff behaves worse
