We have been vacationing with our family in this beautiful cozy house for 5 years in a row. Ira is a very attentive, decent, friendly hostess. We became friends, drank coffee in the morning and went to the sea together. The feedback from Tatiana is not clear. Ira's place is clean and cozy. You can always turn and ask, she will not refuse anything. She doesn't cook porridge for anyone. It's not necessary. On the way to the sea there is a cafe with breakfast and porridge is not expensive. But earlier we brewed and drank coffee with her! A house with a small number of rooms. That's why it's always quiet in the yard. Everything is at home. We go to Ira as if to our cottage by the sea. The rooms are all equipped with amenities. Toilet. Shower. Conditioner. TV (but we don't need it when we don't turn it on) I wouldn't recommend anything else to my friends. Because for me there's everything I need to eat. Cleanliness, peace, tranquility and a very nice hostess Ira!

I was vacationing in this house in July 2022. I am very pleased! This is not a hotel, but a private cottage, but with rooms for vacationers. There are only 4 rooms. It is cozy, the yard is surrounded by greenery , there is a swimming pool , hammock ,deck chairs , gazebo. Good water from the well. The kitchen is large and very shady. Under the canopy . There is everything you need . The hostess is good, attentive and friendly .

A guest house in the village of Alakhadzy, it may be difficult to pull a two, there is also an extension going on. The hostess is good, but the improvements are too early to be called a hotel or something. It can be called, as in Soviet times, a savage vacation. Everything with your own hands, cleaning, garbage removal, etc. You're your own boss and director there. And if you come to terms with this, then it is quite acceptable, at least you are not in a tent on the shore, breakfast porridge is very tasty, by the way. If you want a wild vacation, I recommend it.

We liked it. For undemanding guests, everything is there: rooms, bed linen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen with dishes... For children, there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool (not chlorinated and not cleaned often), strollers and a bicycle. The sea is 10 minutes away, but there is less pandemonium than shops-retail outlets-cafes-tour advertisers- piles of cars...
