I went through training camps here for 18 days at the Sapper Military Training Center, we lived in a barracks, a sauna 2-3 times a week, the food was edible, the teachers from the institute were loyal and adequate (colonel and lieutenant colonel), it was physically very difficult to spend 6-8 hours at the training ground in armor, mixed impressions
We came to take the oath to a colleague. I thought it would be much worse. As our colleague told us, the service is good, there is no hazing. Officers treat military personnel well. The territory of the training center is clean and tidy. It's warm in the barracks. In general, we were satisfied with what we saw.
Clear organization, punctuality in holding the event, good discipline, correct communication, top-level professionals, well-developed infrastructure, fresh repairs, strong material and technical base
