We were in the hotel with mu bf for one week. We liked so much beautiful hotel territory, very green, very clean and amazing sand beaches 😍 There are a lot of areas for having a rest and to take wonderful photos!
The food were tasty, a lot of different dishes: vegetables, fruits, sweets, meat. I really advise to visit A-la Carte Restaurant, they have especial menu with a kot of different seafood and calm romantic vibes.
Entertainment team was 11/10: the shows, guest contact, energy and so on. We are very thankful for our good holiday 🥰
In the hotel almost all the rooms are with a view to the sea. Our room was really comfortable, adorable and clean.
I would recommend this hotel for young people: there are a lot of really hood parties with good music and professional DJ 🤘
We are really pleased with our holiday and we hope to come back again!

A good budget 5k.
Advantages: the territory!! Big, beautiful, green. Lots of places to walk and beautiful photos.
Three beaches. Lots of bars.
Food: mutton, beef, crayfish, fish, poultry, fruits... Everything is very decent. And they're feeding somewhere on the territory all day... We didn't have time for breakfast, it doesn't matter at all.
Alcohol: we drank beer, we were fine)))
A lot of cocktails made from local alcohol, I tried it... They are very sweet, but those who like them can safely drink.
Also, imported absolut vodka, I don't remember exactly whether mv was paid for it or not, but it's there)))
The sea is clear.
There is a mini market nearby where you can buy creams, snacks, side dishes, and clothes... As usual.
Room: big enough, after renovation, but a little worn out)
We lived in the main building.
It was cleaned for 4 hours, but every day.
I won't say anything about animation, we didn't participate, but there were discos regularly.
During the day, too, the animators invited everyone somewhere, but did not impose.
Pool: clean in the morning, not so clean in the evening... Because it has a bar.
Overall, the hotel is cool within its budget. I recommend😊

For the third year in a row, we come to this beautiful and cozy hotel in September. And again, fortunately, they are enchanted!
The hotel staff are professionals in their field, wonderful people who are ready to help in any situation.
The territory of the hotel is not huge, but very beautiful, green and clean, with cozy corners. Beautiful views from the rooms.
Three beaches, each with its own atmosphere!
Big sandy: with a beautiful entrance and a long stretch. You can walk along the golden sand (not bulk-the property of Turkey). Lagoon: an atmosphere of peace and quiet, as if time is slowing down. The feeling of solitude surrounded by rocks.
By the pool: very small and active, in terms of the number of people (two nearby hotels also have access).
The food is getting more diverse every year.
There is a bus stop near the hotel, 5-7 minutes and you are in the center of Avsalar (market, shops, pharmacies, etc.). There is no need to order a taxi.
We are planning our next visit with pleasure!

The best hotel for family holidays
I really liked the saltwater pools, as well as the many water parks on site for children and adults. The hotel has a huge territory with lots of greenery, pools, bars, a wonderful large restaurant with a variety of dishes. I especially liked the daily grilled turkey, various fried fish, and a variety of salads and sweets.

Only a friendly attitude. If there is any problem , then they immediately try to solve it !
The sea and the beach are probably the best things I've ever seen. There will be a place for the kids to splash around . The entrance is very gentle . And for adults , where to swim . The beach is sandy! I've always liked pebbles better. Because the water is cleaner! But there is some other sand on this beach . It 's heavy . And it does not give a suspension . And even with small waves, the sea is transparent at the entrance.
The food is great. Drinks too . I can't say anything about baby food! Read in other reviews.
A huge and special thanks to the animation team! The guys are trying very hard! They won't let you get bored! They definitely do something during the day. And in the evening there are shows and discos! Everyone will be interested!

I liked the hotel in principle. Nice rooms, three beaches, which is great. The food is not very diverse, you can find something to eat, but often burnt meat and grilled fish. The selection of fruits is small, they are poorly washed. The main disadvantage is that there is no late dinner, we arrived at the hotel at 21.30, there was nothing to eat at all. Just tea, coffee, cakes. There is still no body lotion in all bathroom accessories, you need to take body cream from home. In general, there is a good room stock, cleaning, staff, show programs. But the nutrition needs to be worked on.

Great hotel. It is interesting for its architecture. 3 beaches are very cool, it doesn't bother you.. It's like you're relaxing in 3 different places. The water is clear and clean. The views are amazing. Most of the activities take place in the sea (aqua aerobics) and next to the sea (disco, show), there are many bars on the shore where you sit and admire the views day and night. We had a room with a fresh renovation and a view of the sea, so the road nearby did not bother at all. There is a great pharmacy nearby. All the necessary medicines were available. There are good souvenir shops to the right of the hotel. Therefore, we did not have to go anywhere, we bought everything on the spot. We liked the food! Excellent selection of fruits. Very tasty fish and grilled chicken. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely come back here again))

A wonderful hotel.
Positive
3 beaches; 2 picturesque lagoons with a variety of fish and other inhabitants (crabs, clams, sponges), 1 sandy with shallow water - ideal for children.
Mini club with snacks and holidays
Evening program for 2 venues and both with sea views.
The food is excellent; meat is varied, fish daily, baklava of several types, shrimp, vongole.
The sauna complex is very good
Minuses
There is no renovation in the rooms.
There are no slides in the pools.
There is a road nearby (but this is also a plus)

A decent hotel. We had a rest on September 24 with a group of friends and children. The hotel is large, beautiful territory, 3 beaches, there have always been places. The food was decent, there were shrimps and sea products once a week. The alcohol was different, not bad either, and local and imported, the bartenders made excellent cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic- a very tasty mojito! A very nice hotel. The main advantage is the presence of 3 beaches that differ from each other. Everyone will find a convenient one for themselves. Great cuisine!!! I have probably never seen such abundance and diversity anywhere else! Good room stock, regular cleaning and replenishment of the bar. Animation is at a high level - both for children and adults. An abundance of bars, drinking water supply throughout the territory, decent alcohol, excellent cocktails. Among the disadvantages: there are many steps on the descent to the beach and back (take into account people with musculoskeletal problems and hypertensive patients); there are only 2 elevators in the main building (sometimes you had to wait a long time), check-in ONLY after 14.00 hours (prepare clothes and swimsuits to change). And the main disadvantage is that the hotel is located on the outskirts, there is NOTHING around!!! You need to get to the nearest outlets, bazaars and pharmacies either by bus (2 euros) or by taxi (15 euros one way!!!). If you take into account all these disadvantages, then the rest will be great! It seems to me that the hotel is very well suited only for a BEACH holiday - then you can ignore the above little things. Excellent individual "ANEX tour" guides Musa and Ekaterina!!! With them, the rest is even more comfortable. In GENERAL, I recommend the hotel!

We had a rest in October , 2024 . The hotel is nice, the room has a sea view, 6th floor. Fine. The food is normal, every evening, something original, crayfish, salmon, mussels, squid, and most importantly very tasty, the territory is large, whole, three beaches and 5 bars, we rarely went for lunch, had lunch at the beach bar. I especially liked the animation, every evening, the performance, then the disco with live music, and many thanks to the animators, Tatiana and Marina, they did not let me lie down. The rest turned out to be great. Thanks to Utopia Beach Club We will come. We love you.

The hotel itself is located in a wonderful natural landscape. Cozy and beautiful beaches, a transparent, beautiful, cozy, velvety sea! We drove for him, and we were really lucky!

In the dining room, the dishes are dirty, the tables are sticky, the cutlery is dirty, the staff can not cope with such a stream of people! The distribution is similar to the battlefield...rice, meat, vegetables-everything is lying around. The bread is stale, but the pies or tortillas are delicious!
In the season of watermelons and melons, I caught only sweet watermelon a couple of times, they are like grass, slightly pink.. Fruits are not ripe, nails should be nailed with them)... The exception is nectarines! Juicy , sweet !
You 'll have to look for a spoon, and if you don 't find one, you 'll have to eat it with a fork.
The savings on food are specific! ❗️Ice cream! It's also a separate story! It is given only from 12.00 to 16.00! When everyone is resting, sleeping, etc. ... in the evening, I would really like to have ice cream too) there are so many children in the hotel, it's summer outside, it's hot!!! But as soon as my teenager refused him, he said that we didn't need the service, the "handsome guy" turned into a vicious aggressive Turk.... He poured a lot of negativity on the child , he was not satisfied with his age , so that they would object to him ... in general, the bastard is still the same!!! I was so unprepared that I didn't know what to say right away. 🤦🏼♀️

We were at the Utopia Beach Club hotel from 25.08 to 2.09.24 .
We had a rest with a child of 2.5 years + 2 adults .
We would really like to share our impressions about the hotel and the rest
THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL:
The territory is large, there is a separate room - a children's center where you can leave children under supervision, where there are a lot of educational toys and toys
2 large pools, 2 small ones - for children. What struck me, the pools are clean! Either they have very good cleaning filters, or they wash them often (I can't say for sure), but there was no feeling of dirty water.
If you are vacationing with children, it is better to take rooms in the main building (I will explain why later); there are a lot of sun loungers, hammocks, games, festivals, marathons take place on the lawn during the day
WHERE TO SWIM:
There are 3 exits to the sea on the territory
The first one is the descent near the main building, it seemed a little dirty to us, and the minus is that they come there from a neighboring hotel..
The second one is the so-called "Laguna", it is certainly a beauty!!! The water is clean, the deck chairs are new, BUT you should take a place there in advance. There are changing rooms, shower, toilet
The third is a large beach with access to the sea! The sea is the purest! There are a lot of sun loungers! There is no battle for them! There are changing rooms, shower, toilet. The sand is clean, there are urns, they also clean up, throw out garbage
Towels are given out only in one place on the territory, who wants to take them to the room, who wants to rent dirty ones on the same day, and then takes new ones.
meal:
There are a lot of greens, fruits, vegetables, freshly squeezed juices, meat dishes, fish, cakes, buns and what not!
To be honest, we haven't tasted half of it in 8 days. The choice of food is huge!
Every dinner they have is themed, there is a cook and cooks with you (now I will write what we had) : seafood, rolls, pork knuckle, pasta, king prawns,
I.e. in addition to the food that is, you can try something new, which is cooked with fervor from the heat and with you 🔥
staff:
I've never seen anything like this anywhere! Everyone is as responsive as possible! Kind ones! Friendly people! There are a lot of people who speak Russian! During the meal, they come up and ask what to bring to drink, the administrators prompt and help with any question. I don't know who is recruiting their staff, but they are all great fellows! They work as one big team!
the medicine:
It so happened that our baby got sick. There is a medical office on site.
The nurse took our temperature, checked our insurance, escorted us to the car, and the driver (they provide) took us to the clinic, which was a 5-minute drive away. We paid $30 for the inspection (according to our insurance).
The clinic is good, and the doctor is competent. After the inspection, we were escorted again, and the same driver took us back to the hotel. What happened next? A large plate of fruit was brought to our room! And a message for our son, where pleasant words were written for his speedy recovery! To say that we were shocked is to say nothing!
The next day, a girl (a customer service employee) called, asked how our baby was doing, and how he was feeling. It was very pleasant from such attention!
EVENING PROGRAMS:
Themed entertainment programs were held every evening! We got to such a show only 1 time, because our son is restless, he was not interested in it, and unfortunately we could not watch everything ((
Shows take place near the villas that are located on the territory. That's why I wrote that it's better to be in the main building with the kids, because it's very noisy near the villas in the evenings, music is playing, and then a disco.

We had a room on the 6th floor of the main building with a magnificent view of the sea! If it is possible to book these rooms, then do not hesitate to stay in them! This is something incredible!!! The view is gorgeous! The room is spacious! Clean! All furniture, plumbing is new! Cleaned every day; gels, shampoos, lotion- replenished every day; minibar- replenished every day.
One evening our child became ill and he vomited on the bed, so they came to change everything at night, in the morning they came again and washed everything. In general, the cleaning staff there works perfectly and keeps the rooms in perfect order
Additionally:
There is a shop with souvenirs and groceries on the floor next to the restaurant, the prices are overpriced there…Leave the hotel and there is a store right behind it on the right, it is very profitable to shop there + the seller makes discounts if you type a lot)
We did not go on excursions, because we did not want to shake on the bus with the baby, we booked a transfer for ourselves and went to Gazipasa, kizilin beach and Delik deniz (maybe someone also wants to visit such gorgeous places).
We checked out at 12.00, we gave the key, and went to the beach, then had lunch, washed in the spa (there is a shower where it is allowed to wash), and left at 15.00. Despite the fact that check-out was at 12, it was allowed to use everything on site.
We were very, very satisfied with the rest! Thank you! ❤

I really liked the rest, two lagoons and a large beach with gorgeous entrances to the sea.
The food is always varied, you can choose what you like, plus there is a diet menu (for whom it is important). A large selection of fruits and desserts.
The animation is active, cool shows in the evening and discos every day until 12 at night.
The room was always cleaned, the air conditioner was working properly, the water was running smoothly.
We went together with a friend, rested from the heart. Fun and youthful. There was no need to go to the city.

We had a rest in the first days of October 2024 with two families with school children. I liked everything. Except for the hair dryer, it's nothing. On food: you won't be hungry. And pp can be eaten. The desserts are delicious. There are fruits. The alcohol is good.
Many thanks to the animators of the MamePa children's room. Lilia, Denise, Betul, Batukhan - thank you very much and greetings from Lisa and Jan. The children were always busy, drawing, playing games, hiking, quests, concerts. and they went to play with pleasure. It was really convenient for our parents. The game room is good, the shows for children in the evening are very decent. The beaches are great. It is clean and the sea is very clean. Sun beds were always found. We were at two every day. On the third small one, it is rare. Everything is clean in the room, towels, bed linen - everything is in good condition. The territory is beautiful, but there are many steps. We were ready, we read the reviews. There are no questions for the staff. Everyone is responsive, at the reception and the manager for working with guests is a nice girl, she prompted everything. They quickly settled into two rooms at once, and later gave 3.
I liked the spa. They took an additional one. massages. Adam persuaded and for good reason) Filiz gave me a massage, thank you very much! There's nowhere to go from the hotel. To the left, 10 minutes on foot, a pharmacy and shops a couple of pcs. And ice cream. To the right, a couple of shops at once (cheaper. Than in a hotel near the spa). A little further to the right, min -5 walk to the market. We took gifts there.

We rested from 09/16/24 to 09/24/24 - it turned out to be incredibly expensive (but it's probably better to get used to it, prices have increased everywhere), but because of this, I began to pay attention not to the cons:
1. Mold in the rooms of villas close to the sea means savings on natural ventilation, repairs. Because we were with friends and their room was in the main building, they did not notice this in their own, so I do not assure that this is a common problem for the entire hotel.

2. ALCOHOL. We went with a company where everyone drinks good alcohol, but in fact rum and tequila are poured only at the bar in the lobby, where the reception is. And also without complaints, if they had been warned about it

There are steps, but even with sore legs (the ankle has screws, and the meniscus is cut out in the other leg), I normally went down them 2 times to the beach. We recently spent a wonderful vacation at this hotel, and the impressions were simply unforgettable! The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green and incredibly beautiful, creating an atmosphere of complete relaxation and comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything you need for a great holiday is always at hand.
I would especially like to mention the work of the animation team. Every day they delighted us with interesting and diverse programs, and did not let either adults or children get bored. Entertainment for every taste: sports events, evening shows, games and contests – all at the highest level!
The sea is clean here, as are the beaches. The water is clear, warm, and entering the sea is convenient and safe. Beach beds are always in abundance, which adds convenience and comfort.

We came to rest with my brother for 12 days. We were accommodated in a nice spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea. There are 2 large and 2 small pools for children on the territory. There are also 3 beaches, one large sandy, the second Lagoon and the third is not large with terraces and beautiful sunsets.
During the day, you can have a snack at snack bars and drink cold drinks.
Animation is present both in the afternoon and in the evening. We played water polo and volleyball. , and much more. We visited the beer festival , liked it 🙏 in the evenings there are shows and live music, as well as once a week imported discos with decorations♥️

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The staff is wonderful, the area is beautiful, the food is excellent. I took off the star because of the hotel guide. They will tell you and help you only if it is profitable for them. No one will tell you about the pitfalls. They are shaking for every penny you spend, not at their place or in the stores with which they have an agreement. I do not recommend a free shopping trip, you will just waste time. For any of your requests (for example, to buy spf cream), you will be told that it is worth going shopping, eventually they will take you to a fur and jewelry store and they will spend half a day there. And if you don't buy anything, you won't be taken further than where you really needed to go. In short, do not believe anything that the hotel guide says and you will have a good vacation. And a few words about the spa center - the staff there pretends that they have all services for a fee and if you refuse massages, they show you the door culturally)) no one will say that then you can visit the sauna, swimming pool, hammam for free.

We had a vacation in early August with my sister! I really liked the hotel. Beautiful nature, diverse landscapes, large territory! I was impressed by the entertainment program, very active attentive animators, beautiful show programs) There is no time to be bored in the hotel, the whole day of the event!
I also liked the room, beautiful, neat, with a view of the sea. The food at the hotel is also varied and delicious! Thanks to Utopia for an unforgettable vacation🫶🏽

Everything is very good, but the end of the season in early October was already strongly felt! Of all the seven coffee machines available in the hotel, one or two worked properly every day and no one cared about it. If a separate dish was sorted out at the beginning of lunch or dinner, it might not be replenished until half an hour later. In general, everything is somehow relaxed, the head of the restaurant tells tales with the waiters, instead of giving them a magical pendal when tourists sit for 10 minutes waiting for drinks! Nice hotel. Unobtrusive animation. For children, there is a very good entrance to the sea from three beaches. The sand is perfect. I do not recommend it for the elderly and for people with leg problems. There are a lot of steps. The food is not exactly for me with gastritis - over-peppered and over-salted meat (cutlets, grilled, chicken, kebab) always. You can find a replacement, but I would also like meat. The doner is delicious. On the far beach in the restaurant there are burgers, doners, pide, Turkish pastries. Everything is delicious. You can have lunch there. The problems in the restaurant are mainly with the seats under the air conditioner. There is only one small air-conditioned room, there are few seats. It is necessary to come to the opening. The rest of the places on the street are stuffy and humid. The climate of Alanya did not suit me - it is very humid. It always feels like you're in a sauna. It is very difficult to breathe. The staff is polite, they speak Russian, they solve problems.

We had a rest in the second half of May, the impressions are positive. Beautiful territory, many beautiful locations. The food is not very diverse, but it is enough to eat. The room in the main building corresponds to the photo: large, far from new, but neat. There is a serious disadvantage with the placement, which spoiled the impression. We arrived early in the morning, at the reception the employee immediately requested 76 rubles for a room with a sea view and ahead of time, refused, began to bargain and threaten that he would settle on the 1st or 2nd floor with a view of the road. They bought the room deliberately with a view of the surrounding area and were ready for this, but after refusing payment they realized that they would definitely take revenge. And so it turned out, we got a room on the 1st floor. Despite this, the room was quite satisfied, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. If I had settled there without all these threats, the impression would have been different. The animation is not bad, in the evenings there are enchanting discos on Laguna beach. The child attended a children's club, there were practically no children at that time, but he liked it. Well, the biggest impression is the moraine, here it is unusually clean, warm and with a good sunset. We don't go to the same hotel again, but at a good price, I think we can visit it again.

We were vacationing with my husband at this hotel for the first time. We were completely delighted. I liked everything very much. There are 3 beaches and all are sandy, which is very pleasing. I want to start by saying that I really liked the Hotel. We lived on an all-inclusive system. I don't know if there are other options in the hotel. I liked the area very much. Three beaches, very beautiful and well equipped.
Please do not run, there is, for example, broken glass on the balcony on the beach, I hope the administration will not ignore and will continue to take care of this wonderful place.
I note that there were problems with cleaning. It took me 5 days to wash the floors in the room and hang the curtain, which flew off the hinge to the previous guests.
I would especially like to mention the holy women from the guest care area, they helped with all their might in solving the cleaning issue. Thanks to everyone! They should be given a bonus!
A very bad policy regarding smoking. Officially, smoking in crowded places is prohibited in Turkey. However, not only on the beach, but also in the dining area, employees do not control this moment among vacationers. We have to solve these issues on our own.
For example, I have a tobacco intolerance. And I do not understand why I, a person who does not interfere with anyone's rest, should run away from smoking personalities who decided to poison not only themselves, but also others. This can be a decisive moment in the matter of returning to this hotel again.
And this is with the highest level of service, beautiful territory and very decent food!
Questions also arise at the moment of organizing the buffet. During peak hours, crowds appear at popular subways. The staff does not organize a queue. That's why people start setting their own rules. Everyone to the best of their manners. Up to swearing, getting into fights and fights. This issue needs to be brought under control.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. We were taken care of throughout the rest, it was very pleasant.

It's very easy to communicate, even if you don't know English. The hotel has three beaches, and all are fabulous!!! And the pool with a waterfall and a bar is a separate song!!!! Everything you want to do is there!!! A gorgeous SPA, you need to go there immediately upon arrival!!!! This is not a transferable delight, I don't want to leave there!!! The massage therapists are very professional, for which thank you very much!!!!! I want to express my gratitude to the SPA manager Adams, everything was on top!!! The hotel on the solid "3"-ku
They were in the 2nd half of October 2024.
I'll start with the pros:
The main joy and probably the only "5" is the beach of the hotel. More precisely, there are already 3 locations by the sea: 2 separate cozy coves and 1 large sand spit with a length of almost 2 km.
We lived in the main building, for an additional fee we were allocated a 2-bed room with a view of the sea, or rather the main pool. The view is beautiful, but we haven't been able to sleep properly for a single night. The hotel is tired, the room with old appliances, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, a refrigerator and a super-small safe, we saw them for the first time, a dark, mossy central hall with a low ceiling and dusty, stale furniture...
As it turned out, we paid for the view of the sea and the blue pool in vain...round-the-clock noise and drunken carousals (
Although on the back side of the main building, people whose balconies faced the road also suffered and could not sleep because of the 24h. noise from the road.
By the way, for the entire time (almost 2 weeks of our stay, I can not name a rest ((), at t° of air 25-28 °, only once were two Poles heated with alcohol seen in an ice pool. They didn't last long... I do not understand why there is a pool in which it is impossible to swim, the same story is in the other small pool, which is located on the right when descending to the big beach. No one has ever swam there, we only saw foreigners sunbathing ...
Under our room (approximately in the center of the main building, the room was on the 3rd floor) at the right edge of the large pool there is an artificial waterfall, which was turned on early in the morning and it began to rattle! After a couple of stormy mornings, most likely after numerous complaints, Oh, a Miracle! The waterfall began to be turned on later - from 9 a.m.
Downstairs there was a restaurant and several bars that helped in the creation of Hell! The restaurant periodically tormented us with the smells of "burners", from 6 a.m. with the noise of carts, clinking dishes and appliances; all night UNTIL 6 a.m. we were agitated by screams, laughter, or rather horse cackling and loud chatter of noisy companies who enjoyed a feast in a drunken stupor! And do not think that our compatriots tried so hard ;), Russians have never been noticed by us,...entirely Polish and similar to Scandinavian speech (maybe Balts, Fins). Even the closed balcony door did not save from HELL outside the window. Numerous requests to the reception to stop the noise and call for a security response were completely ignored!
Subsequently, they stopped picking up the phone at night at the reception. They called at different times, all night... So, we only need peace... I had a dream at home ...;)
The food in the first 2 days was even more diverse, from 3 days and the next almost 1.5 weeks you can not talk about diversity, meat in the form of goulash was only a couple of times, turkey and the cheapest fish are the same - both for lunch and dinner, fruits in autumn! - a very poor choice: apples, oranges, oak pears, kiwis and plums...
According to the stories of tourists from neighboring hotels, there was a sea of watermelons, melons, grapes, berries, etc.... Autumn is still the season of fruits! In our hotel, the melon was seen a couple of times, maybe it was still there ..., but we noticed that half an hour after the start (of the meal), all the most delicious things were sorted out and no longer updated. The same applies to breakfasts, because we wanted to try waffles at least once ..., the table with the preparation of which, from the moment breakfast began, collected a long queue and somehow very quickly, after about half an hour the dough ended and everything was immediately cleaned and washed, although there was still at least half an hour left before the end of the 1st breakfast... We didn't have time to catch it(
As if they were creating an appearance of diversity. After 5 days of our stay, they stopped baking waffles altogether, the same waffle irons were put on the common table and people themselves began to make toasts with sausages and cheese in the morning, after a couple of days the sausages disappeared, then the waffle irons were turned off altogether... People were circling in search of food...empty vats with leftover broths were opened and closed...or with burnt fish, chicken....It's a pathetic sight... We are not a fan of food and this was not something terrible for us, because you will not stay hungry, of course, there was always bread, but of course we do not have to talk about level "5"...(
The next minus is no animation! One of our beautiful Russian girls was trying to do something, she was calling for aqua aerobics, which for some reason (for the first time I saw this) took place in the sea, and not in the pool (most likely due to the fact that she did not climb into the icy water, even based on her official duties ;)), there was no music (although there were 2 bars near the water, from where music could be broadcast), there was not even a verbal account on the part of the animator, it was funny and sad to watch the chaotic efforts of aunts with sticks in the sea... To our question to the animator, why is there no music? The girl replied that it was such a concept of a hotel.
The concept of the hotel is not caring, Oh, Yes!
2 Turkish boys - other animators, for the whole day they were limited only to an inter-party- a half-hour game of darts and archery, quietly, without excessive attention of the bulk of vacationers. The rest of the time they stayed hidden behind the guard booth at the doctor's house.
Terrible service! The staff practically does not know how to smile, starting with
the Girls-gastrelationship, the meek Julia, who creates the appearance of endless employment, the stupid boys in the lobby with the older boorish type and the "cherry"- the bartender in the lobby at the lobby, who imagines himself almost the owner of the hotel and only after much persuasion can he pour you a non-alcoholic cocktail. When you first ask for a soft drink, he assures you that they are not in this bar and is rude... Our girls literally begged for milkshakes from him... What kind of discrimination is this! For those who do not drink alcohol, there is nothing in this bar!? He sends everyone to the pastry shop opposite, but if I don't want tea, but I want n-r, b/alk.mahito, then NO, IT's NOT SUPPOSED TO?!
IS THIS ALSO THE CONCEPT?!
VERDICT- the hotel is not worth the money! It's time for the entire management to rein in and twist their tails! Cleaning the rooms is also just to get rid of, they were timed- 5 minutes had to be spent cleaning the room ...
Oh and Ah!
Definitely not recommended!!!

We are very pleased with the trip. We were on July 24. Everything is well organized, the beaches are wonderful, even the fact that you have to get to them by steps does not spoil anything. The descents are comfortable and aesthetically decorated. The food is varied, delicious, to suit every whim. The animation is excellent, there is a kids club with very caring Russian animators. One small disadvantage is that there is no boardwalk. For those who like to walk a lot, it may not be suitable. But I think you have to choose here, either the sea is right under your nose, or long walks in the evenings. My granddaughter wants to go there again, she's 8 years old)

Cool territory. 3 different beaches and the lagoon is the most awesome. Because there are three beaches, then there are an appropriate number of bars. There are even more of them, because there are still pools and they were not deprived either. Animation is almost all day, you are offered something all the time. If you list it, then archery, darts, volleyball, water polo, bocce, relaxation gymnastics, my wife and daughter really liked the gym classes separately. And of course the entertainment programs are very unusual. Well, for example, there was a full-fledged Oktoberfest with good beer and the right snacks. In general, I highly recommend visiting here. A small minus is the main restaurant, or rather the variety for breakfast is mediocre, but at the same time you are fed in 4 more places throughout the day without stopping until one o'clock in the morning. You will definitely not stay hungry.

The hotel is very good! I met expectations 100%. The animation guys are beyond praise. Special thanks to Tatiana, one in a million. Verify Friendly Staff. The chefs, the waiters, the guys are just great, everything is at a very high level. Fish and grill every day. The service is excellent everywhere. Beaches are a separate love, there are 3 of them and everything is just beautiful. Evening animation for both children and adults is just space, every day is different and very interesting. Have a good time, everyone. I will describe a little my impressions of staying at this hotel. A wonderful territory, quite large, but at the same time everything is within walking distance. Upon check-in, we were offered to raise the room level a little, we agreed and did not lose, the view from the room was gorgeous (5th floor of the main building). In terms of food, everything is varied, I think everyone will find something to eat. The staff is very polite. We were satisfied. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Vacationed with my husband at Utopia Beach Club in April, just arrived. I really liked the hotel!!! The territory is well maintained, divided into recreation areas with hammocks and soft seats, sun beds, relax music sounds everywhere. The spa center is great!!! We checked in immediately, arrived at 11.00.Julia works at the hotel, is in constant contact with tourists from Russia, will help in solving any issues, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Respect to the chefs!!! The sea and the beaches, there are three beaches, a fairy tale!!! The weather did not disappoint, and we tanned and bought up!!! The rooms were renovated!!!
