A great neighborhood, for the first time in Almaty, the neighborhood was very impressed with the Sayran district, the shopping center is well designed, everything is nearby, the bus station is within walking distance, but the metro is 30 minutes away on foot, but this issue is solved by trains and buses, so I absolutely do not complain about anything, I only have to drive a car on business, So I have to hang out a lot in traffic jams and meet boorish driving culture, but in general it 's easier to walk , it 's much more enjoyable .

Utegen is a small and very neat residential area in Almaty. My son is temporarily living here now, because his work brought him to Kazakhstan. My grandchildren and I come to visit him.
It is very comfortable here and children can be allowed to go outside alone without fear.
