I was deceived by the reviews, I didn't like it. Dirty forks, scuffed walls with stripped wallpaper, an uncensored menu lies under an oilcloth on one side of the table, the rest of us probably need to get up and take a look. Prices on request. With all this, the prices are high, the table in the photo cost 240 thousand soums. I would not say that the mantas are very tasty, medium, half of them were falling apart. It's all covered in oil. There is so much cumin inside that the taste of meat is not felt, either there is no broth or it is not felt. I would put it lower, but according to my wife, there are some of the best kebabs in her memory. I would have put it lower, but the kebabs are really delicious, marinated, soft, nothing warmed up.

The place is beautiful and clean. There are several disadvantages to the service. The food is not bad. The shish kebab turned out to be tasteless due to the large amount of marinade. This is the situation in Shurva. Obviously, each mass was prepared and mixed separately. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. I would put it at 3+.

We have never eaten meat like this anywhere else. We were visiting Bukhara and this place was recommended to us. We took cauldron kabob and kebabs. Sooooo delicious, soft and tender meat. The setting is very simple, like an ordinary bazaar cafe. But in terms of the kitchen, it's a bomb!!!

Excellent national cuisine, fast serving of dishes. We took manti, shish kebab, lula kebab - everything is very tasty. The price tag is normal, quite acceptable. It was a bit far for us to go, but in general it's okay to take a taxi. It's worth it for such a kitchen! Highly recommended!

From Sitorai Mohi Xosa, we went to try shish kebab and manti in the nearest cafe Usto Rustam.
At 14:30, the cafe was crowded, but soon a couple of buses left, and the cafe was empty. The hall is quite large and clean. The menu is one sheet on both sides, the prices are not marked.
There were no Manta rays. We took one "Fresh" salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, and 4 lamb kebabs. The staff is friendly, the order was delivered fairly quickly. The kebabs are small, one and a half times thinner than the rest. Very tasty, elastic, juicy, with a taste of cumin.
For the first time we ate shish kebab with bones - there were almost enough pieces of ribs for a whole shish kebab (the taxi driver later said that a good expensive shish kebab with bones, "custom-made"))).
The amount of the bill is reported verbally, only 110 thousand soums were paid.
