The estate is abandoned, no one is going to take care and maintain it. Half of the building is used as an office for the collective farm. There's garbage and dampness inside. There's also trash everywhere outside.

The house is used as an institution, everything looks beautiful and well maintained. The entrance is through the remains of an ancient temple. Old farm buildings are located nearby
