We had a rest on the weekend, we liked everything very much, the house is clean and cozy. Sofas are comfortable, pillows and blankets are comfortable. I wrote in advance about all the important points for me, I was given a clear answer and I myself provided for what is important to me (glasses, salad bowls, towels, charcoal for the grill), I consider this a normal practice, everyone needs something of their own. The hostess Tatiana is very adequate, it's hard to believe in the reviews below. We were clearly told: to rent the house in the same condition, we did not get dirty by ourselves, so it is not a problem to remove basic things after ourselves (dishes / bed). I can't judge about the price, but for such a number of people the price is average, you will find cheaper only with euro repairs twenty-five years ago. The impressions were wonderful, thank you very much.

The company of 12 people had a rest. A very beautiful house and territory, everything is clean and tidy, but the attitude of the hostess spoiled all the impressions and mood.
Firstly, when we asked how much it costs to rent a house for the New Year, we were openly told that we would not pull, although it was clear from one of our cars that we would pull, but apparently the rolls with compote confused the hostess and for her it was a decision to count the money in our wallets.
Secondly, there is a very small steam room in the sauna. There was not a single broom, when they asked if there were brooms, they received in response "we are not merchants here" or something like that. Of course, we were not warned about this in advance, we would have bought and brought them without any problems. (I think that they should be warned or included in the list as an additional service)
Thirdly, there is not a single glass in the house, those are the questions about the dishes.
The sofa is hard, the entire sidewall has lain down.
The attitude is disgusting, they didn't even get to the end and left ahead of time. I don't set foot there anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

We celebrated a corporate event in our company, the price is certainly not small for a house, but I would like to see the appropriate conditions for such a price.
On the plus side: very cozy.
Among the disadvantages: there are objectively few places to stay for the night, 3 rooms and sofas that do not have pastel.
There were few towels, there was a towel hanging in the bathroom on a coil and on the floor for feet. There were no towels in the toilet on the second floor, it was elementary to wipe your hands after washing. I didn't see a single closet, all the things were in bags and bags around the house.
There is a children's corner on the second floor, where I personally would not let my child in for safety reasons. There was a house, a rug and everything right next to the railing.
The TV was slowing down, the sound from the speakers worked in swings, from very loud to quiet.
There was a karaoke microphone, which honestly made no sense, it was almost not working, it was falling apart.
There was a camera in the main room, as well as a game room with a tennis table in the sauna. I'm sorry, I'm paying money and I don't want anyone watching me. At least it was possible to warn about it. In the bathhouse, people wear underpants and towels. Again, what is the camera for there.
By the way, about the bath itself - this is a room with a shower, a toilet and a small steam room. You could have warned us about the corollas or included them in a paid service.
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the boorish attitude of the hostess at the end of our stay: "Why didn't you wash the dishes!?"
And we have to wash the dishes?
"No, I have to wash after you, read the rules of the house."
We have read, indeed, there is such a rule in the paragraph. But first of all, we came to rest and paid the appropriate amount for it, for the first time in my life for all my travels I had to wash the dishes in the apartments that were rented. And it would be all right if there was a detergent for dishes, and accordingly a dryer for wet dishes. There was some kind of cheap soap, is it possible to wash dishes from grease with a cheap remedy? We had to lay out the dishes to dry on a towel, with which we wiped our hands. And to be honest, I would not like to eat from such dishes, which were also washed by vacationers before us. Because you will agree that people do not worry much about the quality of washed dishes in someone else's house.
We also paid 50 rubles extra for the ignition kit (the burner and the liquid itself). Doesn't that seem petty to you?
I will say ... this is an experience for our company, it is more careful to choose a place to relax, so that if you pay money, then for high-quality service. I will not recommend this place. Thanks for attention.

The owners could not answer the question of a sauna or a sauna they have, in fact, a sauna with a toilet in the middle of the washing compartment) There is a vat, separate from the services of the bath, 300 bel. rub., a dubious pleasure for such a price, but this is for an amateur. The underfloor heating on the first floor of the house worked only for the first day, then it did not even turn on, as a result, everyone on the second floor warmed up. The number of towels did not match the number of guests. Kitchen: the hob is small (2 places), there is no oven, there is no dishwasher, there are not enough dishes for cooking. The cost of accommodation for children is the same as for an adult. In general, to celebrate some event with a large company, with food brought with them, is what you need, but we had planned a cozy family vacation, with gatherings at a large table, with delicious homemade food)

Our men rented this house for women's day, for relaxation and emotions as a gift. A tidy house and looking for advantages is all, the second floor is very small rooms and definitely not about convenience. And a huge minus - of course it was terribly unpleasant when, in our surprise, paying a small amount, you need to wash the dishes. Thank you for this bonus for your own money.
We ordered a bath and a vat , unfortunately the vat was not ready by the time, we waited an hour.
The result is that I will not be able to advise someone on this type of vacation.

We lived as a family for a whole week, breathed fresh air, played ping-pong, swung on a swing, jumped on a trampoline. The owners responded quickly to all questions and provided a barbecue area for use . Tatiana and Vitaly are very hospitable and decent people, we really liked that the house was made stylishly, with taste. We drove from the estate to the center and to the shops by car , but it was very convenient for us . Beyond the delight - a swing on the terrace (my personal love) and cherries from the garden, which the hostess treated us to . We were in Belarus for the first time and the decency and correctness of the landlords of the house complemented and confirmed our opinion that this is a country of kind, bright and very pleasant people ( maybe we were just lucky)! Thank you for a wonderful stay, next time if we come we will try the sauna and the vat!

We celebrated the new year, the price tag is too high, the whole house is clean, there is a small parking lot, a good sauna with a vat, in a detached building.
Of the minuses: two rooms on the second floor are not intended for living, there are no elementary
attributes - a wardrobe, hooks, shelves, lockers, in general, except for cravats, nothing!!!
There was not enough dishwasher and washing machine, elementary things again, the TV did not work well, loaded channels for a long time, hung for 30 minutes, Underfloor heating is either fried or not heated, evil neighbors!!!!!
I do not recommend it.

A very cool place and a great house. But there is a Girone but! There are two rolls of toilet paper in the house, which is rented for a day for two bathrooms. We had to provide the rest ourselves. But no one warned about this. As well as the fact that shower towels are not provided. As well as the fact that the floor is icy, but you can't wear shoes. As well as the fact that the refrigerator is turned off and 8 hours after turning on, it cooled itself, and only then our products. We had to wash the dishes ourselves, OK! It's not difficult. But instead of dishwashing detergent, some kind of incomprehensible soap, which is difficult to wash anything at all. The most fun thing is the camera that hangs in the central room and records everything that happens. No one warned about this either. It seems that in terms of providing services, there is something to work on.

Very stylish and beautiful house, beautiful territory, pleasant hosts! The photos are gorgeous! There is a sauna and a vat with hot water (though not included in the price), a barbecue and a table outside under a canopy. Everything is there for a fun holiday: speakers, karaoke, and board games. There are many beds, two toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a coffee machine.

My friends celebrated there. It's a good place, but it's more suitable for a bachelorette party or a vacation with several families. There is a trampoline, a music center (you can't connect an iPhone), a swing, and a bunch of everything. They also took a bathhouse. The owners are very friendly and courteous)

We rested in this manor. Everything is at the highest level. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Everything is clean, the design of the house is cool. There is everything you need, even various board games, karaoke, a speaker with cool sound. And I also really liked that there are many different dishes. In general, we were 100% satisfied with the rest. Deserved 5 stars.

A wonderful house, wonderful hosts and just a great location. The house has everything you need. A barbecue, a sauna and a boiler (in which you can sit for 5-6 hours) on firewood. Well, what else do you need for a holiday?
