We celebrated the 50th anniversary in this manor. I would like to note that the place is good, spacious, clean, a pleasant place for events and family holidays. There is a gazebo on the street, a large barbecue, everything is green. We noted that the house has a large number of bedrooms, it was important for us that everyone was comfortably accommodated. The sauna is good, I would not say that it is very hot, but for me it is super! If you needed help, the owners will always help and prompt you. For children there are 2 TVs with Internet, watched cartoons. We will come back here again!

We spent the weekend in this wonderful house celebrating the christening. We were completely delighted with everything!
The house is clean, you can note a large number of spacious rooms, they have comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped.
There is a beautiful area around the house, we spent a lot of time outdoors in the gazebo and near the barbecue.
The owners of the house were responsive, always ready to help with any questions. We felt at home.

A large number of advantages: near Minsk, a spacious house, well-groomed territory, a bright banquet hall next to which there is a barbecue area, cozy double bedrooms, clean bed linen, it is worth noting that the house has a sauna, a swimming pool and billiards, which the guests were very happy about.
Of the disadvantages, I can highlight that you can't make noise after 23:00 and I would like a little warmer water in the pool, although it was super for us on a hot day.

We recently vacationed here with friends. According to the photos and description, the house looks good, but the information turned out to be unreliable. To begin with, the hostess does not know how to communicate normally and constantly urges her to sign a contract. After that, there is no mood to rest anymore. However, this is not the main problem. Be prepared that the territory of the estate will be limited for you, and there will also be strangers there. To the question: why didn't you warn about this in advance? The answer was: you didn't ask. It was very cold in the house. There is no feeling of comfort. I had to go into the sauna in my clothes to get warm somehow. The shower has mold in the corners. The water in the pool is muddy. In general, I do not recommend this estate. We tried to resolve the agreement peacefully and discuss these nuances with the hostess. However, she insists that the contract has been signed and she does not want to break it. And every time he threatens that he will not return the deposit for her time spent.

Get to know this "manor" and its owner in advance.
1. On the territory there is another house divided in half, where the hostess herself, husband, daughter, and guests are located in the second part.
2. There is no shower cabin, there is a shower only in the bath and it is shared (with mold in absolutely every corner, I attached a photo)
3. Cold
There were 6 of us, all of us were dressed. We went to the sauna to warm up in our clothes. The dressing room is icy. The bedrooms are cold.
They didn't even spend the night in the house.
4. There is one toilet opposite the table where you eat and relax. There is no more bathroom.
4. There are two sockets on the ground floor, one of them does not work, the second is super "cool" and it needs to be turned on (we were not warned)
5. The Internet
If there are more than 5 people on the territory who are sitting on Wi-Fi, then use a mobile phone that does not catch well there (there are always more than 5 people there, since in addition to the estate there is a house in which there are people in an unknown number)
6. The hostess of the house is an ill-mannered woman, such as I have not seen yet. If you want to spoil your vacation, feel free to contact her, your question has been expertly solved.
She was rude as soon as we arrived, hurried to sign the contract!
She has been making money in such a piggy way for a long time, there is zero human there, but this is no longer our problem, she has to live with it.

I would like to note the attitude to every little thing: such as cotton pads and sticks in the bathroom, to frozen ice in the refrigerator! Immediately you feel at home - you didn't even want to leave! The house is small, but everything is there for comfort: a pleasant smell, cleanliness (which does not happen in every hotel). I can't even find such complimentary words to describe all the excitement. We will definitely come back! My personal recommendation of this place!

We suffered in this "wonderful" place on 18.10.24, it was so cold in the house that we had to go home, during the signing of the contract the hostess drove us, we did not have time to see all the "charms", after we recovered a little, it came to an understanding that this is not the place where we would like to relax. The hostess is rude, boorish, the business is not customer-oriented at all. Most likely, they come here by accident once, see the horror, and never come back.
The reviews are twisted, if you pay attention to the fact that all the "people" (bots) who give 5 stars are the only review. In reality, there is a maximum of 1 star here, and that's because you can't put less.
Everything is not bad in the photos, they were shot without viewing. But you will not find a bathroom and a shower in the photo, you will be delighted with the beautiful bedrooms, I will attach a photo. A shower where the temperature without a sauna will be about 15 degrees, full of mold and dirt.
The task of the hostess is to take money from you as soon as possible, until you completely understand that there will be a "duty officer" in the next house, the same hostess or her husband. Everything is covered with cameras, and the area you can walk through is limited. And in general, there is a very large list of restrictions, I have never met such arrogance and greed.
And yes, be sure that you will immediately be guilty of something, and she ignores the obvious jambs, as soon as the dispute begins, she puts the conversation on the record, provoking at the same time to talk to her in raised tones.

. We rested at my brother's house. After finding out the price per
day, I was very surprised by the picture of rest:
1. The most unfriendly hostess
2.Payment for everything separately, including
the shower and additional appliances. Z.The sauna is at a temperature like in the sun in summer, the pool is only up to 23. 4. It was determined by order that there were no appearances on the street after 23. Music in the house after 2 o'clock is only quiet and with the windows closed. 5. 17 people were indicated at the time of booking (5 people for
an additional fee). In fact, it was 15.
They refused to return the additional payment because the CONTRACT has already been drawn up!!There is no way to change it, it is probably signed in the Minsk City Hall and the Patriarchate.
As a result: I do not recommend anyone to visit this sanatorium for
the elderly

Who writes that the pool is very cold, you should understand that this is not a pool but a font after a sauna. It should be cold to contrast the temperature. For a day and a half of rest, there were no comments or complaints to us. Considering the fact that we are a noisy and big company) We understood that the house was located in a residential area. And here, forgive the noise factor, it's your inner culture. I read the comments below that people are outraged that they should have been quiet after 23.00, but being quiet and cultured are different things. No one has made any comments to us personally) Very beautiful bedrooms, which were appreciated by all the guests with the words "we slept so well on these beds and bedding". The deposit was refunded in full to me) Next to the house, a 10-minute walk away, there is a euroopt store, a forest and a playground just outside the gate of the house (convenient for those traveling with children). Our company is calm, maybe that's why it happened. They also have repairs and upgrades there now, which was a pleasant and unexpected bonus.

We rented a house for a friend's birthday. The hostess's attitude is disgusting! The shower was not included in the price of the house! No matter how many times they rented cottages, there was no such thing anywhere. At 23.05, the hostess took the chairs from the gazebo with the words "you didn't even have enough money for a shower." There's a fine for every little thing. It was impossible to make noise, as if we had come there for a funeral, and not to have fun. We had to wash the dishes ourselves, if we don't bring them by 11, then there is an additional payment for washing the dishes. Dishes are just plates and glasses! In short, it sucks, if you don't want to spoil your holiday, it's better not to rent this house.
