A small estate with two houses. One for 14, the second for 4 people. There are two covered gazebos with lighting and heating. One gazebo is for 30 people, the second one is for about 20. There is a mongol zone near each gazebo. There is a small playground. A volleyball court. There is a sauna with a small pool in the white house for 4 people. There is a dance floor and a small pond. There are several chickens and three roosters running around the territory, plus a cat. There is a pasture with horses not far from the estate. There is a noticeable oak in the forest, it is exactly a hundred years old. Of the disadvantages, this is only one toilet with a shower in a large house, very cramped. If you relax with a large company, then a queue is created. If you want to hold an inexpensive event with an overnight stay, go there.

A great place to relax with a large company, there is a place for gatherings in the gazebo, there is a barbecue place, you can play volleyball, sunbathe, steam in the bath, plunge into the font, there is a place for outdoor gatherings, a lot of beds, the only problem with the Internet is if a lot of people connect, then the Internet does not work stable. This is of course a minus, especially for guests from Russia.

We celebrated the anniversary with friends. In February. Everything is great! I recommend it to everyone. Great respect to the owners and the people who help with the housework! A great desire to spend the weekend in the warm season!

1) the road from the highway to the estate is just a nightmare;
2) the bathhouse is very small, but it keeps steam very well)

A beautiful territory, a pond, a volleyball court, a glazed and ordinary gazebo, there are three sunbeds, several barbecues, a sauna will be melted by what time is needed, in one house there are 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one shower (small), a sauna and a swimming pool, towels and hats for the bath are given.

Amazing territory! Pond, ducks, trees, veranda! The big house is very poor - one bathroom is cramped with a small shower, a two-burner stove - it works intermittently, there is no oven, the water does not work stably - in the evening a large company may not be enough. There are enough dishes in the house. Caretakers: Igor and Irina are very pleasant and responsive people. The walls are a log cabin, it's comfortable to sleep. Parking for 3 cars. Two gazebos, both glazed, but one lacks glass. The lawn is just wonderful - the children were running around! There is a second house with a swimming pool, a sauna - they didn't use it, I won't say anything.

It is cozy, warm, has all the necessary kitchen utensils, towels, clean rooms. There is a barbecue on the street, grilles. The sauna is small, for three people.
