So.. Wedding. Guest ) The total number of guests is 50 people. The overall first view of the estate and the furnishings both outside and inside are very decent. Cozy, clean and atmospheric. A small estate on the territory and if the weather allows, then you do not want to leave the street. The lawn is perfect. The gazebo for the buffet is quite spacious. The thuja around the perimeter are very well maintained. Two disadvantages: 1. A very modest place was allocated for a photo zone on the street. 2. And the big minus is that there are absolutely no places where you can sit in the yard, take a break from the table and chat, especially in the evening in the warm season. (there are only two armchairs and a table in the corner of the territory). People were either sitting on the porch steps or on the sill slopes along the windows. Inside: a very decent renovation in snow-white tones. The chandelier is just a bomb. I made the room just gorgeous. The staff is courteous, the young guys are unobtrusive and attentive. There was no need to call anyone, all the changing of dishes and refilling of the glass were timely and on time. I noticed the very neat appearance and uniform of the staff. There are no questions about food at all. The serving of the dishes and the food itself were beyond praise. Respect to the cook and the team. It was very tasty for me. The dance floor is large, there is enough space for everyone. Cons: for a large banquet and a large number of people, especially young people, there are not enough places for photo zones both inside and outside. Therefore, I put a strong 4.

It's a great place. In June 2023, the nephew's wedding took place there. The interior and atmosphere are just wonderful. The staff works perfectly: from the buffet to the main event, everything is perfect. As a cook, of course, there is something to work on, although maybe I'm just picking on it.

The impression of the wedding was spoiled by the presenter Sergey Lapkovsky. 2 days before the wedding, I raised the cost by $ 450. I had to provide correspondence and prove him wrong. This is very unpleasant. And as a result, he held the wedding without enthusiasm, showed his incompetence, the hall did not light up at all, as a result, the guests left to dance in another restaurant ((( contests are boring and not for a wedding, everyone was sitting at the table. The cake was not played, the flash mob was disgusting, the girl-boy was not conducted correctly, the dance of the young was not presented correctly, did not give the opportunity to toast the guests. I do not recommend Sergey Lapkovsky as a presenter! Complete disappointment in him((((

It's a nice manor, we had a wedding here.
There are 5 catering options to choose from, there are plenty to choose from.
The territory is small, but cozy.
The hall is beautiful, we didn't even decorate it in any way.
Projector on the wall, sound in the ceiling, for exit ceremonies 25 chairs for the street.
Several rooms for overnight stays, including a large one for the newlyweds. The rooms are air-conditioned.
Overall, everything is pretty good

The interior is magnificent. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's a pity the door to the reservoir was closed (I understand that for safety purposes, but the atmosphere would have been even better and more colorful). The food is very tasty. The staff wants better and more attention to customers. I am not a prude and I am not very demanding of my person. And I can serve myself (which happened regularly during the evening). But, at the beginning of the evening, a waiter came up to us, who announced that she would serve us and regularly disappeared for a long time.

+- banquet, interior, atmosphere, staff -I am sure that it will satisfy. Food, sorting is, as always, for an amateur and depending on what you order or bring;
- - it is a little inconvenient to get there, but if there is a taxi, then there are no questions.

There are no questions. Polite receptionist and staff. An excellent white room, which does not even need to be decorated (unless you are a sophisticated customer). The air conditioners are working, which is not a little important. There is an exit to the territory, fenced and cozy. There is a lounge area, a dressing room, and rooms. This is a good bonus. They will always prompt you with the choice of contractors and staff. Personally, I worked there myself and there were no questions. Clearly. Professionally. Nicely. Thanks!

The cost is atomic, especially on weekends. The territory and the hall are well maintained. Close to Minsk. When renting rooms that are up to 10 a.m., at 7-8 a.m. they already start cleaning, moving chairs and tables, mopping floors, talking loudly when you are still sleeping or resting. This greatly interfered with a comfortable stay. And this is not only the case in Eden, but also in Gold. I've been there and there. Check-out is at 10 a.m., so the start of cleaning should be no earlier than this time before the next arrivals! The shower in the young people's room worked every other time.
The chandelier in the center of the banquet hall is completely out of place there, it hangs very low, it is easy to touch, plus it does not hang in the center, but closer to the exit, where the coverband performs and everyone dances, as if they had hung it on purpose. There were misunderstandings, you can even say tricks from the administrator and the owners, at first they say one thing, as a result, by the beginning of the lease of the premises, some moments had changed, and it was already impossible and impossible. In general, the picture is beautiful, but there are many flaws.
