Good day to all! We are from the city of Shchuchin (Grodno region) together on a well-deserved vacation, enjoying life and traveling by car through Belarusian farmsteads. We traveled around the Brest region and our Grodno region in 22-23. We visited beautiful original estates with a Belarusian flavor for 2-3 days. My wife even had a desire to publish a kind of handbook on Belarusian estates. For the new year 2024, we decided to go around and relax in the Vitebsk region. We started in May, having visited 6 estates in the middle of August, the last estate was especially remembered by us in Pasemkavichi 1A village, which is not far from Novolukoml. As a former pilot, I must say, of all the manors I have seen this year, this is aerobatics. The place is just, as the young people say, awesome., the first line. A huge territory, many flowers, thuja, there is a small lake inside with fishing, as the owner explained, this is for children, but sometimes adults catch fish and immediately release it into the lake. It should be noted especially, this is a very hospitable and competent host, introduced himself as Anatoly, treating us immediately upon arrival with large glasses of cold bread kvass. The temperature was about +29. I personally led the way showed the house, telling details about the services provided by the estate, which can be additionally ordered, at the same time I conducted a small briefing on fire safety. The house is new wooden, large Windows overlooking the lake. Equipped with everything you need and of course "surgical" cleanliness everywhere (the wife is a surgeon and this is her expression). . The first day we just slept off the road. On the second day, we organized a Russian bathhouse on birch firewood. We steamed a lot and it seems that we have become younger.. In the morning, I and two other vacationers ordered a speedboat ride, personally the owner of this estate, driving the boat for about an hour, showed us the sights from the lake and told us in detail about the largest Novolukoml thermal power plant in Belarus.. In the evening, sitting by the campfire on the very shore of the lake, they enjoyed the evening sunsets. They are special here. We listened to old bard songs with a guitar. The rest was a success on 10 out of 10. Our three days have flown by, it's time to go home. It's a pity, of course, but we will definitely visit here more than once, I think, and take our friends with us.

We have been going to this estate for more than 8 years in a row, every year, with friends and children. Do we like it? I think it's understandable, it's more beautiful and comfortable places, so close to the water with a great beach, the most beautiful sunsets, a boat, a speedboat, jet skis, a catamaran, I've never met! The owner Anatoly is a very positive and kind person, with a wonderful sense of humor, cheerful, always goes to a meeting, did a lot for us, solves any issue in a minute, we are very grateful to him, respect and appreciate! Once again, thank you very much for your hospitality!

A very nice place, cleanliness everywhere, responsive and attentive staff, magnificent sunsets, and swans swim so close that even their hands can feed them!!! We are very happy with our stay!!!

Ooooh, this is a special topic for review. The spouse booked the house 2 months before the visit. All the time we were in the Republic of Belarus, we wrote off with the Lady through whom we booked and made an advance payment that we would definitely arrive, and indicated the time at which we would arrive with another family. On the way, another Lady joined our correspondence, she was told exactly what the first one was. As a result, we unsubscribed that Anatoly (according to him, the owner of this database) would meet us. We booked a house for 550 BEL RUB / day, it turned out that it was rented the day before, but they didn't tell us about it. Anatoly began to make fools of us, showing and claiming that we had booked a smaller house, but only for us he would make a discount, and a bonus gazebo (by the way, on the 2nd day he handed it over), a sauna, etc. for 450 bel rubles. On the website this house with all its bonuses is 300 bel RUB/day..... After a short conversation, he agreed with this. In general, you can write a lot more, but honestly, I don't want to ..... Bottom line: Personally, I don't recommend if you are unexpectedly offered another house, or even a gazebo, as a so-so pleasure..... It feels like they really want you..... heat it up. Oh, so the house is old, creaky, the beds are not comfortable. The view is beautiful.
