In general, if you just come and purposefully buy a model of glasses that you have determined for yourself somehow in advance, the place is right. There is no doubt about the quality and originality of the products of the URBAN store chain, I am their regular customer and am always satisfied with my purchases and service.
But!
The optics store on Alaysky is some kind of separate entity that lives by its own rules and standards of service and a visit to which always leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.…
Nevertheless, the atmosphere is created by the staff, in this case "sales consultants".
In my purely personal feelings, of course, the staff is simply not interested in sales (except for an adult woman, I don't remember her name), and even more so in some kind of "consultations", although it would seem that they are all there for this purpose.
Not only do they not consider it necessary to just say hello, but they look at you with this arrogant and appraising look like a piece of "💩". I don't know if I got the idea right))
I think those who have experienced similar service will understand what I'm talking about. When did you feel this unpleasant atmosphere hovering somewhere in the air…

Good glasses, both sunglasses and for eyesight. We are very satisfied with the quality. There is also an ophthalmologist in the salon who will check your eyesight and write out a prescription for lenses; and the master will install the lenses in your chosen frame in 15 minutes.
