Everything went well - Julia helped at all stages, was always friendly and responded quickly to all requests. After-sales service - special thanks! Wonderful assistants Andrey and Melikh helped to go where you need to go and arrange everything you need! The agency helped to open a bank account, get a residence permit, connect water and light, and much more. You can still ask for help and they will always help and prompt you.

We turned to UPTREND HOMES in the person of Julia's wonderful manager. I've been looking for real estate in Alanya for about a month. And of all the managers of various companies with whom I talked, I would like to note Julia's professionalism. She quickly found a suitable option, noted all the advantages of the future development. I will say more, it was Julia who pushed us to choose our apartment. Julia is always in touch, literally, both in the afternoon and in the evening and on weekends. We solve absolutely all issues easily and quickly. I agree that the company is a family company, since Julia has already become our family member)) how many different nuances have we already resolved)) Now we are dealing with the issues of arranging and repairing the apartment, again very quickly Julia and Olga select the necessary equipment and furniture options. And we do all this remotely. Our wishes are always heard 🙏 I am very glad that I chose UPTREND HOMES and our wonderful manager Julia. Our house is for rent in March 2024.
