I ordered a guitar from Germany and decided to try it more expensive, but faster via UPS. We reached Armenia quickly, there are no questions. But then there are a lot of questions.:
- for unknown reasons, they were detained for additional inspection (4-5 working days) and, of course, they spent all 5 days, for which they asked 6 thousand drams "for storage"
- from somewhere an additional fee of 10 thousand drams was charged to the customs broker, which is not mentioned anywhere
- the duty of 15% over the threshold was somehow rounded up, which added another 3 thousand drams on top, but I realized this later
In addition to all this, you will not be given any checks, transfers to cards or cash.
Bottom line: the timing is the same as regular mail, and the price is more than 2 times. Draw conclusions
Disgusting company. NEVER, EVER CHOOSE HER TO DELIVER ANYTHING.
You can read their cheating schemes in other reviews, they act the same way. They ask you to pay the customs duty and for brokerage services. When I ask them what kind of brokerage services they provided, they can't answer anything, that's what they say.: we do not know, the customs does not tell us why the parcel was delayed, they cannot explain the essence of the brokerage services.
The cost of the parcel exceeded the tax limit, usually in such cases you simply pay for exceeding the amount of this limit, but NO BROKERAGE SERVICES are REQUIRED in this case.
I work with many transport companies, I have never interacted with customs myself, and they always report the reason for the delay, as they ARE OBLIGED to do so.
and then the fun begins. I live in Gyumri, and the delivery was originally ordered here, but then they call me and say: we ONLY deliver IN YEREVAN)))) They don't work on Saturday and Sunday, of course. they offered 2 options: 1) deliver to my friends (sorry, but then why should I go somewhere else for this package and strain people??) 2) leave it in the PHARMACY next door))) Who will be left there? and then they'll give it to anyone, too? they absolve themselves of responsibility.
This is the worst company you can deal with.
The service is almost at zero. People are kind and helpful.
If you communicate long and patiently, you will get the desired result.
The only point in the entire ups network where official tariffs are not specified. :)
