Used condoms! Stains on the bed linen! Cigarette butts on the floor! Dust is everywhere! The stink! Greasy stains and dirt near the door handles! Hair in the bathroom, toilet, washbasin! The owner only said sorry! No desire to stay! Highly not recommended! Only if it's under storage, even sleeping is nauseating!

The condo is conveniently located. 15 minutes to the pier, from which ferries go to Koh Lan. 10 minutes down and there will be massage parlors, shops, cafes, but this is the Indian quarter, the food is also Indian. 30 minutes up and there will be a Buddha temple on Pratamnak Hill. The temple is functioning, the view is beautiful. Parking is free and large. The reception is not round the clock, more often there is no one than there is. The sauna is tiny, shared, located in the shower opposite the gym, 1st floor. There is a laundry room and water coolers, 1 liter- 1 baht. On the 37th and 41st floors there are gardens with a magnificent view. Apartments with pillows, blankets, linen. Kitchen with refrigerator, there is a microwave oven, stove, dishes, 2 pans,2 pots,knives,skimmer, etc.hair dryer,iron,board.We buy consumables ourselves, everything for cooking too. Utilities are paid separately according to the meters. For removing the meters on an untimely day, the house management company charges the owners 200 baht, and they charge you. All in all, it's good. But there are similar places in Pattaya that are cheaper.
