Once a large department store, with many shops, but now there is one floor where everything works together (vegetables, meat, fish, pastries)

This is no longer a department store. A high-end store was once killed. Back in the late 80s, people even came from Donetsk to the Department Store of Zugres for shopping. And now it's a barn by a barn.
