Fortunately, Yandex.Taxi is cheap. The very first impression was ruined by the settlement. At first, they couldn't find our reservation. The young man at the reception searched the computer for a very long time, called someone on the phone.. As a result, when I started contacting the Yandex.travel support service myself, a miracle happened and the reservation was found. He gave us a key , and that's it)) we just asked which floor at least?) No one saw me off or explained anything.. We found our number ourselves. There is a smart TV in the room, which constantly interrupts the connection, and a refrigerator. Initially, it was not connected , they tried to plug it into an outlet on their own, the cable could not reach in any way. The next day, another employee helped. The sockets by the bed are falling off. The window to the interior, opposite the window of another room. The room itself is small with a large double bed. They clean up every day, report soap supplies and a dental kit (they just forgot to report one day). There are slippers, bathrobes. Teapot, mugs, glasses and tea bags with sugar. There is no coffee in the room. There is a carpet on the floor . In general, everything is normal. The staff probably hasn't gotten used to tourists yet
