Nice hotel. Convenient accommodation . We were at the exhibition for the Expo. The rooms are warm and comfortable. It's quiet and cozy. There is its own parking, and it does not matter in Astana. I didn't worry about where to park the car in the evenings. I really liked the breakfast in the morning. Delicious and a good assortment . They are included in the volume . The staff is polite. The girls are great!! Everything is exactly according to the documents for reporting. If , if necessary , I go back to Astana , then I will stop there without hesitation .

The hotel room is spacious, bright and cozy. Everything you need is there. Breakfasts are acceptable. The service was good. One of the cleanest rooms in such a price range that I have been in. But in the bathroom there is an unpleasant smell like stagnant wet dust in the vent + there were white insects in the bathtub that appear due to moisture. The location of the hotel is good, in the center, by the road.

We visit Astana on business . It 's not the first time we 've stopped here . Nice rooms with a nice view. Everything is modern . Breakfast is included. Our favorite restaurant is in the hotel building. The location is convenient, right in the center.

I liked everything. The room is spacious, the bed is soft and comfortable. Check-in and check-out - around the clock, you don't have to kill time somewhere. Breakfast is good, from 8-00 to 11-00. The staff is friendly. The convenient location of the hotel. If we have to go to Astana again, we will stop here again. Thank you.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The only advantage is the large rooms. I did not like the breakfasts (a lot of flour was not very good, watermelon and porridge were sour, natural coffee for an additional fee). The room has never been cleaned (the maid went to work according to her mood), the garbage was taken out of the room by themselves, soap accessories were also bought by themselves). I didn't like the hotel.

The peculiarity of the hotel, if you check in at 17, check out is also at 17. This is very convenient if you need to leave late for the airport or further. There have been several times. I forgot my headphones once. I called and found it. They were returned at the next check-in. There are rooms with poor internet, ask to change. Check before checking in.

I liked everything very much. A good breakfast. Polite staff. We had a problem with the flight due to the weather.we were offered to stay in the room without any problems until the flight was allowed. The room was clean. The bed linen is snow-white. Gel. Shampoo. There was also a toothbrush and toothpaste, and the most important thing for me was the absence of the smell of tobacco and cigarette smoke.

Cons: the doors creak, the sheet has a hole, there are thresholds in the doors that prevent the suitcase from rolling, the design of the room is terrible, there is no soap dish, a noisy extractor hood, a bad mattress with a sliding mattress pad.

Nice hotel 3 🌟.Large rooms, shampoo, soap, tooth are provided.brush and paste, slippers. Unfortunately, throughout the time that we were there, there was a constant and strong smell of cigarette smoke from the toilet. I told the staff about it, but it didn't change the situation. There was no hot water, or rather it was enough for 5 seconds in the shower. Very bad WiFi, YouTube was slowing down every couple of minutes. The room has not been cleaned in several days.

I booked a room through booking. In fact, they gave another one, on the floor where the elevator does not go. I had to move my suitcases on foot. It's a very strange room, with strange rooms, like some storage rooms with empty shelves. The bathroom lights were flickering, almost nauseatingly. Towels are like a glove box. Well, a TV with one sizzling channel))
One of the advantages is good Internet and cleanliness.
I won't come here a second time.
