The hotel rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the balconies are spacious, and the advantages of this hotel end there.,
There are no shelves for toiletries and toilet paper holders in the rooms, they once were, but only holes in the walls remain.
Only 1 bath towel is provided, not for the floor, not for the hands, no half a towel, it can be slippery in the bathroom after a shower and you can fall, but there is nothing to step on.
The shower was broken, the water was not flowing evenly, the guide and reception staff were told about it, which was safely ignored, the blankets were stained with "chocolate".
The first week was cleaned by a very responsible cleaner, who cleaned very well.he wiped the tables and washed the balcony, we left him 100 rubles each, he was very pleased, but the second week another cleaner came and DEMANDED to exchange our rubles for dollars in the MANGO market, the ARROGANCE IS BEYOND!
"Restaurant" is a different story. All the dishes - "DEATH OF A HYPERTENSIVE PERSON" are terribly salty, I had to make comments TWICE, but it didn't last long, as a result, due to the large amount of salt in my food, my blood pressure did not drop below 150, even despite taking medications, although usually no more than 135.

I did not buy it in principle, because the tour was with all-inclusive meals. Thank you, we met the previous manager from another hotel (we rested in Naama Bay, he was still the manager there), God bless him, gave us free and gratuitous water and allowed us to pour from the cooler, which was also forbidden by other employees.Even the guide from the hotel said water is not a problem, give a bottle, and they will collect, only in the end the hotel staff said they could only sell.We went to fight with them every day, it's not a vacation. Do not go there, everything is in terrible condition, everything is falling apart in the rooms, dirty walls, curtains and tulle have probably never been washed, blankets without duvet covers (they do not have them, they offer sheets) are stained, I rested in late April-early March, the rooms are cold, the air conditioner does not work for heat, the TV remote control wasn't working, there was a shower in the bathroom, the water couldn't be adjusted in any way, it was cold, then only hot, the trash can was all rusty and dirty, it felt like they were picking up in the trash, they were watering the grass with some kind of sewage water, the stench was terrible, there was meat, rice, pasta in the dining room, one of the salads cabbage, all the plates were broken, there were no glasses, only plastic ones, They brought them to the beach, but there was some kind of lookout running around and chasing them from the sun beds, these are ours, and these are not ours, they didn't have enough for everyone, and then they started taking them to the city beach, where steers, paper, cups, etc. floated in the water. The rooms are not cleaned. During the 10 days of my stay, the floor was wiped once at the end. Towels and linen are not changed. The laundry was turned inside out somewhere on the 4th day. Regular and beach towels are a problem to get. There are clouds of mosquitoes both in the room and throughout the hotel. There are a lot of cockroaches and bedbugs. Mosquitoes and bedbugs actively bite. I brought them home with me in my clothes and it's a nightmare. The water from the taps barely flows, it is problematic to wash and wash your head normally. The bathroom is dark, which is scary. In general, the rooms are very shabby. The refrigerator is in an ugly state, the rubber on the door just hangs, the door must be propped up with a chair, it constantly rattles and does not cool in any way. There are no towels for the feet, you will carry water from the bathroom floor throughout the room. The slope is made the wrong way, the water is on the floor. A permanently stopped clock is hanging at the reception and paint is hanging from the ceiling. Tap water should not be drunk even boiled, do not count on evening tea in the room.
The food is the same, edible, you won't starve or get poisoned, but you won't be thrilled either. You have to come to the beginning, otherwise the food will just run out.
