Okay, write to the LC and request compensation. Wrote. The effect is zero. Well, most of all, I was upset - they took money for the air. I was away for 6 days. I turned off the modem. Everything is as it should be - I put the service on pause. But! Before, the minimum pause was 3 days. Now it's 7. Exactly one year ago, the operator girl persistently persuaded me to buy the equipment into ownership, motivating this with the opportunity to set a pause at her discretion. It was convenient- I bought the equipment. The only argument in favor of the buyout was the ability to adjust the pause. Tadam! Now it doesn't matter, and everyone pays for the absence of the service (if they left for less than 7 days). That is, when passing by a bakery, you pay because it smells. Something like that.
In general, the disadvantages have become significant and unpleasant for me. The feeling that the company is sorely short of money. They have turned from an independent structure into a subsidiary (judging by the changed payment method), the conditions are becoming more and more inconvenient, and the prices are getting higher.

The connection is mainly wired and it is stable, the speeds always correspond to the stated ones. For convenience, you can create a personal account in the messenger and control the balance and bonuses directly from there; by the way, the bonus system is a separate plus here: the longer you use it, the more they are. Also, additional "buns" are accrued for the amount of payments for the Internet. Subsequently, bonus points can be exchanged for some kind of merch, discount, or even for equipment. The personal account on the website is quite informative, the information is immediately visible, and here you can request compensation for a refund in cash or bonus points if there were any interruptions in operation, which makes unet very different from the standard operator :) As for some of the negative aspects that I encountered during my use, the standard problem of all operators is the equipment provided for rent, which cannot ensure the normal quality and speed of a wi-fi connection, therefore, after reading on their website that "when connecting using Ethernet technology with our equipment, we will charge you from 5,000 to 10,000 bonus points," I decided to buy my router, which NOTICEABLY improved the situation with speed, but the operator did not keep his words when it came time to request a refund, fortunately that at least the rent for his equipment was removed.

Far from rush hour (2 a.m.), I constantly observe problems with the connection, it is super unstable, it is impossible to do anything related to continuous Internet access (online games, online cinemas, videos on YouTube) - everything is very bad. At the same time, this is not an isolated case, I observe this quite often (once a month it exactly happens that either the Internet completely falls off, or it works with very large interruptions, the example above).
In general, I use it only because there are no other alternatives at the address. So I would be more likely to choose another provider, but one that at least faithfully and consistently delivers its MAIN service - Internet access (even if I had to pay more).
UPD. After this situation, they called my mobile several times, politely asked if the problem was repeated. To be fair, there were no more such problems. I'm slightly raising my rating for customer service.

What kind of bonus system for regular customers are they writing about here??? In all 7 years of use, no one called us, offered us any new tariffs, bonuses, or services. Only SMS "pay", before at least there was something for it! And the most interesting thing is, when we called them, we heard that they didn't have anything new, there was nothing to offer us, if you want to return the modem, you're welcome.
