I was passing through Kostanay, went to this club for a one-time visit) I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The club itself is large and cozy, has all the necessary equipment, clean locker rooms, excellent ventilation in the hall)
I would especially like to mention the sales department employee, Jeanne.

Great gym! Spacious premises, modern equipment and comfortable conditions for training. The cleanliness is at the highest level, always fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere. The simulators are in excellent condition, there is everything you need for strength and cardio training.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the coaches are professional and attentive. A great place for both beginners and experienced athletes. The prices are adequate, and the quality of service is excellent. I recommend it!

The gym is not bad, but there are a lot of things that can be improved about the check. Lots of exercise equipment, that's a plus. There are very few sloping benches, and the hall is a mess. By the word mess, I mean that you can't pick up pancakes properly, you have to go and take them off other simulators. After all, you can put up racks with pancakes and there will be order. This applies to the entire inventory. There is only one hair dryer in the men's locker room, the sauna works every other time, and there are interruptions with hot water. People are willing to pay, but they want to get the service, not just the "right" scripted call from the manager.
