An ordinary Sri Lankan railway station. There are benches to sit on. Ticket sales start around 7 a.m. The cashier, who also looks after the station, explained in detail and adequately to us where to get on, where is the class of the car and where you can buy tickets and transfer to first class. Sometimes peacocks come, monkeys run along the wires through the railway.

There is a railway station here. You can go to Colombo. 2 trains in the morning at 7 and 8-15. I sat down at 8-15. He was really late. A very good cashier. He suggested it. I answered the questions. It is better to go to Colombo in 2nd class. I didn't go to 3rd class.

We were on our way from Colombo. Parking is 1 minute. The train is longer than the platform. Therefore, go to the beginning of the train so that you can safely get off. We had to jump out onto the embankment with our suitcases. It's good that the locals helped us down.
