I want to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery organization! In particular, the dispatcher, who, during the preliminary meeting, stipulated the delivery time from 15.00-18.00, was refused my request to bring delivery as early as possible during this time period, motivated by the fact that the route is planned according to the movement of delivery through the city. There was no delivery from 15.00 to 18.00, time was wasted, the dispatcher answered my call that the driver would arrive soon, she could not specifically name the time. As a result, the car arrived at 19.00. There are no complaints about the driver, but the dispatcher should listen and listen to the client.

The dispatcher always called me in the morning and told me what time the car would be arriving. The driver always called about an hour before arrival. There were no overlays when there were none.
