A business center, probably created on the basis of a former hotel. One of the advantages is that each office has its own bathroom. Among the disadvantages are a fairly old building that requires cosmetic repairs, the lack of an access system or any kind of security (maybe there is, but I did not notice), dark elongated corridors.

Well, a place to drive your car is not convenient, there are often no places, the corridors are dark inside, there is no comfort around the building, no flower or tree
