Unfriendly staff!!! Booked this hotel 3 months before the trip, indicating the arrival time on the booking - 3 nights. The day before the trip, after asking about the check-in, the host says that the reception is open until 9 pm - OK, we will check-in the next morning, because these dates have already been booked by us anyway. So if you want to wake up on your first day in Bali and see that your hotel has been cancelled without warning, this is a great option.
